CP has several restaurants and hotels outside of the gates. It would be very illogical to prevent people from going to said places.

Ride Mean Streak in the front of a car (1-1, 2-1, 3-1...) for a more enjoyable experience. Maggie is most enjoyed in the middle of a car NOT train. I recommend 1-2 or 6-2. Also don't forget to come through Cut Throat to see the pirates.

Yes! (at CP any outdoor zone is called a scare zone) The trail zig zags around the obstacles, starting from near the RR station curving all the way to Thunder Canyon. It is quite long and well done considering the location.

All three water rides are done for the season.
