The restraints are not made for taller people and may not work properly. Also in very rare cases it may have to do with clearance issues.

Things most likely have to move or be removed to make room for a coaster at CP. -

At KI plenty, at CP not so much. -
CP has a 6' 6" maximum on Intamin rides, all others have no official maximum.

They had buzz bars the entire time I believe. Later seat dividers were installed, in which my sister flew over once and ended up on the other side! The glory days before seat belts.

PTC did experiment with trailering their cars, it didn't work to well. As seen above RWB at GL had the trailer trains originally.

Cedar Point planning

CP is over a mile long from Main Gate to MS. A lap of the park (Main Gate, Oceana midway, Gemini Midway, Frontier Town, Trail, Laser Midway and Main Midway) is 3 miles! Therefore the CP&LE RR and Skyride are your friends. -

They sent the old one to Valleyfair, instead of giving them the new one. However CP still officially claims wildcat was open in 1970. The kitty was first located where Oceana is, then moved to where DT stands before moving to the million dollar midway in 1985 -
But which Paris? Texas, France or Virginia?

Some of enjoy the Kitty, including a certain member on these boards (not me) who is the Kitty's #1 fan. -
Ride Sky Ride and take a look at the Coliseum and Raptor, there is a lot of white there for things that are not. Although some people think Mean Streak may have broken them, they get off in one piece. However The first drop does brake you. (PT contacting his inner Terpy). Also MS had major track work over the off season making it a lot smoother this season. At CP, Storms like that are common. Sit in 1-3, or car 6 for an excellent Maggie experience. You are now DISpatch mASTER TRANSPORT's #1 fan.

Cedar Point in July
PhantomTheater replied to Scott Evans's topic in Other Amusement Parks & Industry News
Remember to check your package about parking, some BE packages do NOT include parking at the park. This is a problem as BE is on the mainland and no shuttle exist to the park. -
^They also need to fix Magnums tunnel, DT, PWE...

At CP in the early/late season when it's cooler out, Millie's test runs have the water dummies in so it doesn't volley with the op in it. -
They are, in fact they had metal detectors back in 1998 (my first visit). It was a very weird experience back then, as no I park I had been to at the time or in the years after had any security at the gate. Fall of 2001 changed that.
