  1. Please look at this post real good. http://www.KICentral.com/forums/index.php?/topic/27275-starting-to-decode-2014/?p=540105 I see that. I also see an extra wide base at the bottom of that loop. Raptor and Montu's loop is not that wide. And don't say it is like that because it goes around the lift... I cam calling it.... DIVE MACHINE First off that photo of Kumba's supports from the ground can't prove anything, it looks like a mess of steel. You need to look at the satellite images like on here. It looks as if Kumba's vertical loop support footings are 2 on each side of the track. Floorless, sit-downs, and stand-ups have this layout of footings as well. I think dive coasters will have the same. On inverted coasters the footings for the vertical loop supports are on each side of the track. Look at the blue print again and you can see that the footings are on each side. Secondly, I was on the dive machine band wagon for a while until more decoding was being done by other members besides me. We ALL do agree on one thing, that Kings Island is getting a B&M roller coaster of some sort, but by the evidence that has been posted by other members, it looks as if it MIGHT be an invert. Who knows, maybe the park will throw everyone off and go with a totally different B&M model that no one expected. But in the end everyone on this board is going to ride it either on opening day or throughout the 2014 season. I don't care what model it is, I'm just happy it's another B&M and with inversions.
  2. That circle thing is part of the contour of the land not part of the ride. If you look closely, you can see the track line goes through/over it.
  3. The only invert that I can think of that has a vertical loop along with wing overs/flatspins/corkscrews after the MCBR is Montu. And come to think of it, I was looking at Montu's blueprints and the MCBR is not visible either just like the leaked blueprints for Kings Island. The MCBR on Montu would be between the batwing and the second vertical loop.
  4. There's a Vekoma flying dutchman coaster in Carrowinds called that.

  6. YoungStud, three of those coasters have been relocated too, for many unreliable reasons. http://rcdb.com/r.htm?ot=2&mo=8207

  8. One of the worst ride experiences I've EVER had. Even Ninja at Six Flags St. Louis hurts. Oh wait! That's because both are Vekomas! (smacks forehead)
  9. For me it's back breaking. Ouch!
  10. This should help you. http://rcdb.com/r.htm?ot=2&ml=6803 Here's a a video of one.
  11. Here's my made up stats of what our coaster could have: Height: 218' (just to pay homage to SoB) Length: 4,500 or over Speed: 70mph or over Drop: 180' - 190' Inversions: 6 or 7 REMINDER: This is just a fun guess as to what I think the coaster's stats are. They are NOT the actual stats.
  12. Because there are some people on here that still think it could be a flying coaster (which we can rule that out - Firehawk), a floorless coaster, a dive coaster, a wing coaster or a giga.
  13. I think I might have figured it out if this coaster is in fact an inverted. If those blueprints are in fact real then take a look at the dashed lines I've circled. They look to show what supports go to which footings. Notice the dash lines on the vertical loop through the lift hill? Now look at this picture of Patriot's vertical loop: It looks as if our coaster will indeed be a B&M invert.
  14. I mentioned it a few pages back right here: http://www.KICentral.com/forums/index.php?/topic/27275-starting-to-decode-2014/?p=539726
  15. I'd go with happy. It's a big roller coaster for crying out loud!
  16. LOL!!!! I was tempted to say that, Browntggr. LOL!
  17. My question is how do we know if this ride has tunnels and trenches anyways? They're not shown on the so-called "blueprints".
  18. I do, no worries.
  19. He actually said two, he must mean Invertigo and either Flight Deck or Flying Ace. He was referring to the new ride as the possible third one.
  20. Here we go again with the "Inverted coasters are so 90's" statement again. The reason there aren't anymore inverted coasters being built, is because just about every major amusement park already has one, except Kings Island or Valleyfair. And the last one built was in 2011 named Oziris. Also what's wrong with having 3 inverted coasters? Dorney Park seems to think there is nothing wrong with that. Talon, Possessed, & Stinger come to mind. Correction: Valleyfair does have one called Steel Venom. My bad.

  22. You want more pictures of posts? Man, you're weird.
  23. Maverick and Raptor. I need to get up there and ride Gatekeeper.
  24. I think it fell out of place. I don't think it "fell out of place". If it fell out of place, I think we would just see the top of the Eiffel Tower.
  25. Looks like The Racer cam is adjusting to show the construction site now. https://www.visitkingsisland.com/online-fun/webcams
