An arbitration panel ruled 2-1 in late February that former chief operating officer Jack Falfas told the truth when he said he was fired. Cedar Fair had said Falfas quit. The panel awarded Falfas back pay and told Cedar Fair to give him his job back. Falfas and Cedar Fair have now filed dueling lawsuits in Erie County's Common Pleas court. Falfas is attempting to enforce the ruling. Cedar Fair concedes that it lost, but says Falfas is not entitled to get his job back.

This can be very tricky. I know some people that do and some that do not. One ride I do count as a coaster is Demon Drop.

Also don't forget about Hanna Barbera Land in Texas. The park only lasted two years 1984 and 1985. I forgot Marineland of the Pacific.

I really do miss the last hill on The Racer.

If you look on the web you can see some of art work for the 4 parks before Viacom bought Paramount. Kinda wished we got the movie park the art work looks very nice. Who knows we could have two parks at the Island.

I can see Kings Island getting a used ride from CGA. I would like to see B&M Windrider, but Cedar Point would get one frist.

Looks like the Jacksonville Zoo is also getting Dinosaurs Alive.

Other than rides how have the pay for extras done in the park in the past. Was Laser tag a flop?

I think what is getting everyone upset is the price. If it was free with a season pass I think everyone would like it.

I don't think Cedar Fair will keep up the theming.

Not interested in paying 5 more bucks, when I can get a nice ice cold drink for the same price.

A little disappointed I am making my frist trip this year, but guess this gives me a new reason to comeback.

Can they still call it SOB or will it get renamed?

The Smurfs are going to Six Flags this year.

If the T-Rex is next to the road what is going on behind The Racer?

What ever the new ride is they are digging deep in the woods behind The Racer. I do wonder if this has to do with a record.

It is a generic shipping container.

Is that road behind the park owned by the park?

I don't think it will be x-base expasion that drawing was to right of that area. Could it be a ride from CGA?

If you stay at a Universal hotel you get a Express pass. The only place the pass is not good is The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. If you can not stay in the Universal hotels you can still buy a pass. Also if you get to Universal at opening MIB and Simpsons are walk ons most of the time.

Some reports say the ride will open Monday and other news sites say it will be close for good till they find out how the fire started.
