When he jumped off his bike he said he only jumped 23 1/2 trucks. And yes he did still jump those trucks although the safety ramp went over them.

Wow this went another direction than I thought it would. I was just addressing everyone reasoning last year when pretty much everyone but a few like me were telling and begging CF to tear down SOB due to it not being popular, reliable, and safe. But not just yesterday but all year so far it has proven to be all those.

Is there any doubts still about whether this ride can handle stress on a busy day. I was at the park from 11-8 yesterday and Went straight to the Son of Beast line like I always do. It was already over an hour wait and they were starting to use those extra waiting lines. At that moment I said today the Son of Beast can prove a point to the doubters about whether it can handle big crowds without taking time off. About an hour and half later I went back to the Son of Beast to check out the line and at this time they were using ALL the waiting lines, including the ones that extend past the normal ones headed toward Flight Deck. The ride never broke down yesterday, at least when I was there, and it was the longest line I had seen it have since it opened up. The ride is still popular even after a crash and it seems more reliable than ever. Why tear down this roller coaster?

Cedar Point is announcing that the Wildcat will not operate today

I got there around 6:30ish and there was small crowd there. Didn't help that Invertigo, Vortex, Son of Beast and Backlot Stunt Coaster were all broken down

Did anyone catch the Evel Knievel story on the history channel yesterday? I never knew this but this will technically be Robbie second time riding at Kings Island. Robbie warmed up the crowd the first time by doing wheelies before the jump.

I was there today as well and was extremely surprised how good the Crypt was and how long it was

Hey man i live in Richmond to. I havent seen an copperheads around here just the usual garder snake or cowsucker (Black) snake. I just know I was warned multiple times verbally and was even given a book where a whole page was dedicated on what to do if you see one and get bite by one. I have heard if you go to the Pinnacles you could see one if you look in the right spots.
