  1. ^expecially when they have already re-designed Cedar Point's since they bought the paramount parks.
  2. i like this calander much better, i just wish it was still on the park maps.
  3. did you go to lost and found and ask if they had found it durring the morning walkbacks?
  4. the first movie i remember seeing at action theater was smash factory, i thought it was hilarious when you would smack through the cardboard cutouts of the peds, i dought that Kings Island will get rid of the building, mainly because the right half has the park's longest Halloween Haunt attraction. maybe Kings Island will put red beard's revenge in the left side of action theater this year making two big haunt attractions that don't have to be removed every off-season. oh, and didn't don say at the off-season blues party that action theater wasn't even going to open this year?
  5. ^there must have really been something wrong with it, correct me if i'm wrong, but isn't that the ride that's restraints don't lock?
  6. hookyboy and you thought he was a girl , did you go in an '08 gran prix, because the inside of that car looked identical to my grandma's?
  7. how is it so much like an aqua trax?
  8. ^and for all some of us know, he could be a special under cover mod and wants to keep it that way, sorta like superman.
  9. here is my most memorable moment getting stuck on something: on july 14, 2009 i got stuck on the silver monorail at disney for about half an hour, we got stuck where the track starts to bank and turn to the right going from the station at magic kingdom to the contemporary hotel. we were told by the driver that it was because one of the drive motors that turn the wheels blew (i figured it was because he had crossed into the 200 ft. "cushon" between trains.), we were unable to pull up the hill leading to the contemporary hotel, so we had to set and wait (of course what can we do 20ft in the air riding on a high voltage rail) for the other monorails to reverse so they were a safe distance away so our monorail could attempt to back up into the station at the magic kingdom. while we waited to go in reverse the monorail drive tried again to get the monorail to climb up the not steeply banked climb to the contemporary, but this time he gunned the train and we didn't go forward, but insted we got to listen to the wonderful sound of tires skreching on a concreate track. after all of the monorails had gotten the safe distance away, we started to back up, and even though we were going downhill, we almost didn't make it, the monorail moved so slow that i didn't think that there was any way that we were going to make it all the way back to the station, but we did and in all honesty i didn't think disney cared at all that they had just stranded *insert number of people stuck on monorail* for half an hour, and were actually very rude to my grandma when she jokingly asked, "where do we pick up our free micky shirts".
  10. did anyone notice that at the begining of the video for Vortex, it shows "The Vortex"? i mean it's pretty bad when even the park puts the the in the rides name's
  11. you mean only real ride warriors over 60 inches, accompanied by a responsible child.
  12. Nope. I love a lot of them...I'm just saying the park basically has the same kind of rides. I would like a wood coaster in there please. Kings Island holds the record for most wooden roller coaster at one park, and you are complaning about there not being enough, look at the bright side we have twice as many wooden roller coasters as another theme park in the state of ohio.
  13. it might be "clearly readable" but it doesn't make any sense.
  14. ^^that is one of my favorite parts of that movie!!!
  15. yea, and these too: http://rcdb.com/ir.htm?type=1&design=67
  16. Mile High has not been open in 2 years. Investment has been put into the park just only in the waterpark. Twisted Twins opend in 1998 and when they did they were known as Twisted Sisters until the band "Twisted Sisters" threatend to sue. CoasterJunky you might just want to give up on that rumor.... and that band was named twisted sister, not twisted sisters, and yea, i kinda figured if they were going to move there they would have already done that.
  17. ^and some are even 4-d
  18. when i read the first two words of your post all i could think of is your avatar!!!
  19. december 2, 1992: the year paramount bought the park, and i'm guessing when they started construction of top gun/flight deck ninja and Vortex opened too
  20. i would still like to see some of the trains like the ones on carolina cobra replace the ones it has now.

  24. maybe if we are lucky kentucky kingdom is getting ready to move to the land by kentucky speedway they purchaced a while ago or at least they were rumored to have bought. this would at least give them room to build something.
  25. and in case you didn't notice Son of Beast's track and supports are much more complex than raptor's, which would mean it would take longer for a complete inspection
