What policy is that? Wearing a shirt with offending stuff on it. Instead of putting it inside out they wont let you in the park at all. They also had one that said you wasnt able to go back in the park unless you paid again. No hand stamps. That got pulled 1st week it was put out. Lost season pass holders and 50% of bussiness.

If Six Flags needs to make changes then they need to get the workers to stop being rude and nasty towards its people who enter the park. And change its policys about the shirts and stuff. I know they are trying but i have seen this stuff and it has closed parks. The ceo also needs to quit taking raises.

If KIs water park goes a different price then so should Geauga Lakes. Its the biggest water park this side of the US that Cedar Fair owns. I seen it. It is Cedar Point and Kings Islands water parks put together in one place.

They keep them in the building to store them. Along with maybe a old FOF train. Last time i was down on the floor doing a tour they had one.

I had a few line jumpers try that when i was in line. Lets just say that they never did it again that day after i told them that it has a possible rest of year ban from the park and a manitory ban from the park for the whole day without money back. People need to realise that fighting brings jail time and fines. This is one reason they stoped that friday nights thing they had back in 05. You want to act like a fool then thats up to you. Just beaware that it brings alot more then just black and blueness when you act like a crazy nut. Lol. I also got a smoker to stop smoking in line after i said i was gonna use the fire hose thing on them. And i showed it to them too lol. I dont mind smokers. I just dont like it in the lines. Its the rules of the park.

When we had a ACE walk back in 05 we was the only 2 there me and my cousin was. We did Faceoff and Racers since Beast was down till late in the morning. They also gave us 3 time passes for each of us for IJST.

I love the games at Kings Island. I play the arcade games alot. I also play the water games where you have to keep the water on the target to win. i win like everytime i play them. I only play till i win one toy then stop. But i may play something different to see how the other games play as far as hardness goes. I play when i know i am going to my car so i dont have to carry around the animal or toy all day lol. Its a good rest from the rides and stuff.

And i thought i was the only hillbilly or redneck on here lol. Joking.

Just go on aceonline.org or i am guessing coasterbuzz.com. These are the 2 major clubs the put on events at Kings Island. If i am wrong about CoasterBuzz please correct me.

Beastbuzz is a roller coaster event like Coastermania or Beastbash. Its put on by a coaster club for its members and a guest if they choose to bring one. Very cool events.

Does anyone who works in Kings Island know if the park is still doing the ACE discounts? I know we got 50% off the gate price. I wasnt sure if they was doing it this year. I know things change from year to year. The site ACE doesnt say so this is why i am asking. Ty in advance for helping.

Dont tell no one but Firehawk is only new to people who havent rode it. If you rode it as X-Flight then its just a coaster with a new name and paint job.

Lawyers need to take notice at the Duke case when suing now. I have been seeing alot now that they are in it for the money and not the outcome. This lighting case should of been ruled by the parks insurance company a act of god and not parks fault. Even with the storm half of all park goers go to there cars to leave or take cover. I have seen this. They wouldnt be able to tell or predict a lighting strike even with all the dopplers and stuff. People need to take notice that when suing the park you are not only hurting the parks but the people who go to because when you sue for alot of money we as park goers have to pay alot more when they raise prices all over. Nuff said lol.

The Alton Towers thing was dropped due to the guy making the lawsuit for noise was took to court for a noise thing his company was making themselfs. So he was forced to drop it cause he had his own thing going. The people who live across from the park need to think about what is between them. You got maybe a busy interstate with cars that make noise vs people who screem. They need a thing that you cant screem after a certin time. Our noise thing in Columbus, Ohio is for 12 am i think. We have houses near a race track here and they can race till 12 am when the noise thing takes over. They are normaly done at about 11:30 pm anyways. Some people are backwards yawhoos lol.

Most dont even know what type of trains SOB would be using even if it was said on the news. They are just repairing it and took out the loop. No need to get carried away lol. Its lost its hype though the years and even with it better it will be hard for some riders to come back to it. Its just a bigger verson of The Beast since the loop is gone. With the hype Firehawk is getting SOB may seem just another coaster to some. Only reason they wont let people Near SOB is cause of the work being done. Its more then likely a insurance risk to let the unallowed over to it with the tools and cranes and stuff. I am sure OSHA would love to see people over by it who shouldnt be.

Should Kings Island get a record breaking coaster? This applys to any type of steel coasters loop or non loop.

I would pick the scout fun days over the cheerleading thing anyday. I was there for the cheerleading weekend since it was on labor day i think a few years ago and it was nothing but teenagers and parents lol. Had the back part of the park Action Zone packed bad but the other parts were empty.

So, how long have you worked at Geauga Lake? Seriously, reduce Kings Island? Mr. Kinzel and company did not pay $1.24 billion to reduce the Paramount Parks....they could do that (and have done quite a job of it so far) right up there in Aurora, Ohio. Look for Cedar Fair to invest in its parks, not ruin them. And a family can get a lot better deal at Disney than the price you quoted. Parkhoppers, multi-day passes, discounts--all abound. Please read my post again. I did not say reduce. And no i dont work at Geagua Lake. I was talking about them redoing the themeing. By putting in more rides it is not ruining the park. Its making them better. When Cedar Fair bought Paramount Parks they had a 10 year contract still with Kings Island and what i said was they need to keep the theming till the contract is up. And note when i said the packages and things when i said it makes it easyer to go and not spend much. They have alot of work to do when they go to retheme some of the Paramount Parks. I know that Kings Island wont take much to retheme cause the rides only have the names to redo and not the whole rides itself. I know that the only thing stoping Kings Island from building more rides and or areas is them trees. I know that they put alot of money in the parks they own. Just look at what Cedar Fair did to Geagua Lake. Made it alot better then when Six Flags owned it. If six Flags would of not sold it they would of went under in 5 years or less.

They use to do that at Cedar Point the mail out real ones unless you wanted a new pic. They only did that if you was a pass holder the year before but they quit in 05. The all Ohio pass can be bought at Cedar Point from what the site said.

I think that as long as Cedar Fair has the contract with Paramount they should keep it. It takes time to redue a park the size of Kings Island. But due to Kings Island having more land then they know what to do with and letting the trees block them from making more room for rides is something that i hope Cedar Fair will change. They should keep the trees but take them down for enough room to build. Dont take all of them down just do the ones you need to get rid of for the building of a ride. I was surprised to see in a old pic that Vortex uses the old Bat station and area. It might be just me but Disney World ought to build a coaster higher then 215 ft. They have hardly built anything new in the last 3 to 5 years at the park its self. And paying $71.00 per person per park when you have a family of 4 or more gets alittle much. I know they have packages and things which makes it a little more easyer to go. The theming at Kings Island shouldnt be too much to change but it still should stay till the contract is up. It kinda makes me wonder that if Disney World is the best park in the world then shouldnt they be no.1?

Chaos isnt being sold at least the one at Cedar Point isnt. This was said on PointBuzz.

If PKI is getting X-Flight then why isnt the land its going on sorta speak not being dug up for electric lines needing to be run to the coaster? I seen the land its being said its going on and its nowhere near ready yet. They from what i seen have no footers for the supports yet for the coaster and no digging has been going on. All they did so far was clear land. With all the work they are doing on SOB, it be hard to tell if they get any ride or coaster next year. With all the land PKI has they need to build out and build more rides cause of the land they have. Everyone ought to wait and see if they are getting X-Flight or not. Its been said its going to Michigans Adventure park but thats hard to tell too. Who knows it may go in to storage or its been sold.
