Great addition, I am glad that CP is no longer hogging the Giga model and is starting to make them as common as hypers. I dont understand why no stadium style trains and splash down.

Also a person named Sam Vaulk posted on KI's FB page about the same thing an hour ago.

Like, Kings Island, perhaps. (well, there is that 'major' announcement coming in August)... juz sayin' Delirium is a very popular ride and was just added to the Fast Lane deal. So I don't see it leaving anytime soon. If anything Max air at CP would be removed because of similarities to Skyhawk.

Went to DL not a month ago and the Employees weren't exactly the brightest or enthusiastic. But ROS was actually one of the better sets of employees. I do hope Herchend fixes things up in the coming years.

I haven't been to Cedar Point enough to really know what it needs. But A CP DA! would be a much smaller attraction because of space constraints and the many other things you can do at Cedar Point compared to KI. Also KI is not the only Cedar Fair park with A Dinosaurs Unearthed attraction at Gilroy Gardens

Another gem of a response from Terpy. I do wish there was a like button on here. You make me laugh frequently. After years of lurking and recent posting I still can't unCRYPT his messages. But a Dino-themed family coaster has been long overdue to the park since I was 4-years old.

Me and my uncle where in the park this morning just to see Dinosaurs Alive! and the 3D movie Because He has never seen a 3D movie before. So after the walk we headed to Action Theater. While in line we where discussing SOB and its closure and why it should re-open. But the employee that handed us our 3D glasses said "Do you want to know what is happening to Son of Beast?" Because I was so eager I said "yes!" but then he said "Well I don't If I'm allowed to tell you this but...." I stopped him right there and I told him "No, I don't want you fired and I'll stay safe." After that conversation we entered the theater but before the actual film there was an 3D ad for the new Dinosaur-themed FOX show Terra Nova. Also the Dino-Dig site is presented by Terra Nova. Remember 10 years ago Lara Croft was a new movie. At the same time TRTR was announced to the GP. So maybe a SOB overhaul AND Terra Nova- the Ride?!

Today the park has a light crowd. but Dinosaurs Alive has a large crowd. Vortex, and Firehawk are closed and WindSeeker is testing.

It was great! It was definitely informative and the employees where very nice. It is a must do if your not on a tight budget. though I could have thought of a hundred different things the park needed before a dinosaur exhibit like BB expansion, re-opening SOB with improvements......

Is the small tree lined road near the entrance the old (I believe it's called) Columbia Road? Also, is that I71 further out, or is that Kings Island Drive? It's kind of hard to tell without the parking lot there for comparison. I'm glad KI hasn't released more of these pics because I wouldn't get anything done! Although I'm not sure if the road in the distance is Kings Island Drive, or I-71, I do know that the tree lined road you see is in fact Columbia Rd. Before KI was built, Columbia Rd. did not end at Western Row, but rather stretched all the way down to Kings Mills Rd. Upon construction of Kings Island, the road was essentially "cut off" at Western Row Rd. (with the remnants in the parking lot becoming an employee access/service road.) Actually, if you drive down Kings Mills Rd. north of the park, and turn onto the small road where Kings High School is, you will find that the road seemingly ends at a fence just past Great Wolf Lodge, and behind Flight Deck. That is part of the former Columbia Rd. Another interesting thing is that while riding the KI & MV RR, when passing Boomerang Bay and entering the turn around, look down at the ground, and you will see the crumpled remains of an old blacktop driveway which used to come off of Columbia. Please correct me if I'm wrong (Terpy, or anyone else with great knowledge ) but I think that the old driveway used to lead to what is now the "Mary Rose Inn" building, which was at one point a real residence. That drive way is known as the Brant Connector. It was the driveway of the Brant family farm until KI bought there land to make Waterworks.

Great ride, I recommend this ride to every one out there.

Looks promising.......too promising, but at some point the will have to make an announcement about something new.

When I last saw WS the line was about a 30-45 minute wait.

The ride was amazing best Flat in the park! Great view of The Beast,Racer,the park and the surrounding woods! If you look close enough you can see Cincy and the little Miami river. The music on the ride also added a very nice touch. The only bad Part was the short duration of the ride and It took a while to load but that was because the Ride-ops where new to the system. I was also a first rider.

The wait made the ride look much better than I thought it did in August.

It would be nice if they at least give us a good estimate.
