Things will break over time. PKI will just have to decide if it’s cost effective to fix them. The ride hasn’t even been finished. Before we bash it to death lets wait and give it a chance. Not a record breaker but a heart breaker with its unique theme and killer special effects.

The Beast rules. After 25 years it is still a record setter. Not many can say that. dont hate..lol

lol. Am I the only one who can see that CP is running on borrowed time? Take a look at the web cams. I love the park but hate to see it running out of space. They have to $$ to do so much more.

Umm...then what would you call The Beast? Is it not still the longest woody? And lets not forget it's spawn SOB. Is it not the only looping woddy? Both these record breaking attractions are huge!

My perfect ride would start with cue line entertainment like TRTR. It would be a dark themed coaster like the Adams Family or even something darker. It would travel through tunnels, in and out of structures, and would incorporate great special effects.

That is the one.

I like the spinning version. With the spinning cars it's a new ride everytime.

No way. The tower and The Vortex? There is nothing wrong with either attractions. Drugs are bad!

I agree Legend Rider. Anything with the Adams Family theming would be great. I am not sure how well the Spnonge Bob car was thing would fair with families. Not to mention what it could do to the cars.

Old commercials and pictures would make for some interesting cue line entertainment in 05! I know I enjoyed the old beast commercials and the documentary on the ride itself.

Not sure a Trek ride would appeal to the masses as much as the Adams Family. I know you trekies are very dedicated. But the rest of the world thinks the shows are a little odd. Just my humble opinion. Bracing for the bashing…lol

I seriously doubt that they shorten Fear Fest. If you think about it you only have some many weekends in October. For all the time and efforts it takes to get it ready making it shorter would kill it. Halloween is a big business. It is now the second largest holiday.

I believe The Vortex just got a new paint job.

Winter fest would be a great addition for sure. I went to the Columbus zoo last night to see the winter lights and loved it. Roasted nuts and hot chocolate were everywhere. The cold did not keep anyone away. I still have an ornament that my mom bought all of us kids way back when PKI used to have it.

It should be interestedd to see whatperks PKI has planned for it's Gold pass members.

Cedar Point is a great park. But like all good things land locked you have to steal space from other attractions to add on. CP has been doing this for years. It’s an ugly trend to watch to say the least. Although PKI removed 2 rides this year to make room for another attraction., they could have moved them to another area with ease. TIJ is in the center of the park. I wish CP had more room. With space like PKI has the options and possibilities for huge attractions is endless. It’s just a matter of time.
