I don't think sharing a drink you got for yourself is against the rules. I'm fairly sure it's just getting an entirely seperate drink for a friend/family members that's bad

Personally I'd say it's the fault of the moron that decided to drink and drive, but that's just me. I don't see how a park can be held responsible for any incidents caused by the alcohol consumption of the guests. Not all states have Dram shop laws. They were really more prevalent a few years ago. Thanks, I called and they can be purchased at the gate as well. On the website, it says "Check out the special online Starlight ticket and enjoy the park after 5PM for just $24.95 per person! Well, I may be wrong but I think you can go to a local Kroger (I've only gone to the one on Ingles Corner in middletown but I'm 90% sure it's all of them) and get a day pass for $30. You can use that at any time. So it's $5 extra for...7 extra hours in the park.

The park security should've done something to resolve the issue rather than just advising the assailant (Forget his name) to turn a blind eye. Any negative attention they get is well deserved if you ask me.

That is truly sickening. It's bad enough that this man was masturbating in public, but what makes it worse is that he was doing it in front of a total of four little girls, one of which sitting right there with him! I'm quite happy that this guy socked him, I would've done the same thing if it was my family witnessing this.

"Psychological damage"? Try "Get-rich-quick scheme". It may have been that they were stuck up there for two days, but I don't think that their life was ever threatened if they just did what was smart. Sure, if they were jumping around and going out of control (Possibly throwing things at the lawy..I mean, the baboons) then they may have fallen and gotten hurt. But if they did the smart thing and just sat down and waited then they were perfectly safe. If they actually win this lawsuit and get $10 million then all my faith in our justice system (Which isn't alot to begin with) will be lost. I saw a movie once with a quote that explains the justice system perfectly. But it may be offensive to some people so I'll refrain from posting it.

The first time I was at Boomerang Bay I was able to ride all the rides with a shirt on. People seem to be saying that I'm not allowed to do that though.... I guess the ride ops were either new or just didn't feel like bothering me with it.

Your only basis for saying that something exists is that nobody has proved that it doesn't. But you've done the exact same for your argument. It can go either way. Ghosts at KI? No. Just no. You see, I like realism. And there is no proof that a person is able to do anything after death other than becoming worm food. I refuse to believe in ghosts. These videos on youtube and articles on wherever are nothing more than a bunch of morons seeking attention and trying to get it by creating a fake video.

Personally my parents began doing this with me at 13. They'd drop me off at 9AM, pick me up at 10PM. But, of course, I always had two or more friends AND my brother there with me, so it's not like I was alone.

Yeah, he paid to replace the pass and everything went smoothly. I showed him a post from the thread where I first revealed his "Problem" and he got scared. All in all a good trip. Although I do wish I could finally go with someone who will ride anything other than AE and The Racers. Hasn't happened yet, but I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Thank god for ol' Terpy. Always on hand to counter some stupid post with a well-thought out remark...or vise versa! Anywho, It's Coke. It's cheap. It's wonderful. Stop complaining about we're being offered, all in all It's a pretty good deal. Especially with it being as hot as it's been for the past few days.

My brother seems to have misplaced his Gold Pass (As he does with alot of stuff). We're going to KI tomorrow and I'm thinking this may put a damper on our plans. Then I remember that I was riding Firehawk once with a few strangers, and we were trying to have a conversation on the way up the lift hill. I remember saying "God I hope that my wallet doesn't fall out of my pocket, I don't want to lose my Gold Pass" and the guy sitting/laying next to me says "The park should replace it for you if you do, they have it on file that you've paid for one" Is there any truth to his statement? If so, will he have to pay a fee to get a new one? Or is he just screwed?
