Starting this year, I think there going to make it so you have to be 18 to become a new CT. If your a minor and already a CT then your fine.

Yeah, DoT/Drop finished off the season with a big bad "2" flags! At least 2 is better than none. Theres always next year to improve, I dont doubt my people.

Its a bonding type of thing. They become your "family members" over the months and when the off season hits you cant wait to see those people again.

Yeah, associates who stand around and ignore guests is an issue. People from my crew used to do it all the time and it ****ed me off. I had to apoligize numerous times to guests for that happening. If any of that has come from the DOT/Drop crew to anybody who posts, im sorry about that.

Ok man you say your not insulting anyone? Well I think that when you tell a supervisor of a crew that his crew pretty much sucks, then your insulting him/her, and the crew. When somebody works hard on molding a crew and somebody out of the blue just comes out and insults them, then thats gonna boil the supervisor over. My crew wasnt the best this year but if you made the same comments you made about my crew, I would have went off on you too. Sparky is one of my good friends and when I say he worked hard on his crew, HE WORKED HARD ON HIS CREW and you have absolutly no right to insult it. So if you think that all the employees overrule this site then why dont you just go somewhere else and enjoy making your 20 dollars more an hour. Your right, we dont need this imaturity on this site but we dont need you starting things. Think before you speak man. Thats all I got to say.

For me its like once a day. Yeah waffle house is GOD might i add. I also like the chat rooms we start up on here sometimes when there are like 20 of us in a chat. Those are pretty fun.

Oh yeah. Buckets and buckets of change. Also lets not for get getting the change off the tarp in the que of TRTR. Here's a question, why do people throw so much change up on that tarp anyway? Seems kinda pointless.

Best was the day I got promoted and started going out with my girlfriend all in the same day. There was also a B-dubs ppv outing that night and those are fun. Worst was day i got stuck in Face/Off's looping brakes. Long story Honerable was when we got a capacity sheet of all double digits throughout the whole day on Drop Zone and that was including downtime. If you know how much of a b*tch it is to get good capacity on that ride these days then you'll know what I'm talking about. My crew kicked major ass that day.

Coaster thats not all that bad: Corkscrew @ Cedar Point Coaster that is THAT BAD: Villian @ SFWoA Most Improved Coaster: Ummm..... Serial Thriller @ SFWoA Flats Best Flat: DZST!!! Worst Flat: Delirium!!!!! haha. j/k, probably Troika Troika Troika @ CP because the ride cycle is like a miniute and loading is like 10. Kinda ****ed me off. Most and Least Most Ridden: Face/Off Least Ridden: Congo Falls Most visited park: I was a ride operator at Wonderpark in Forest Fair Mall people, jeez! Best and Worst Parks Best Park: Gotta stick with KI (remember only 3 parks this year including KI) Worst Park: SFWoA kinda sucked because the employees kinda ****ed me off but Im not there to see the employees, im there to ride the rides. If anytime employes find any amount of change, doesnt matter if its a quarter or a penny, it has to be turned into security or your department for the scholarship fund.

Ok, so today at about 12, I woke up and I got out of bed. I think this whole getting up process is going to disrupt the construction of Boomerang Bay and push it to January. Also could this effect us getting a new coaster in 2005?

That sucks. Yeah theres AC but its no fun just sitting on your ass for 10 straight hours in a cramped booth without a break just pushing a couple of buttons and watching a darn ride go up and down. Im sorry, but thats just no fun to me.

I've spent 10 hrs in the Drop Zone booth straight. I was a double, only available Drop Zone driver in the park at the time and 18 yr old. That day sucked. Finally got a manager to relieve me for awhile but still, 10 hrs in a "shoebox" is pretty bad.

Thats true, long days and big crowds can make us grumpy, but we are trained to deal with it. This is what I tell my associates, you are here to do a job and this job happens to be in an amusement park where people expect you to NOT be rude to them. If you have a personal issue or you are having a bad day, suck it up and deal with it and save it for when you are on your own time, not my time. The park doesnt pay you to slack off and act ****y, they pay you to promote safety and good guest perception. Theres really no excuse for someone to be mean to guests because its there JOB to be nice, if not that at least curtious. Thats just my two cents.

Close it, who cares....... Everybody knows how to evac Drop Zone now.

Well I'm still working at PKI. Im on the cleanup crew and like Cletus said, were cleaning those fun cans and sweeping up rides and all that good junk. Hopefully I will get a job in the office during the winter untill spring cleanup starts back and then the 04 season. So pretty much if I get this job in the office, its PKI year-round for me.
