I know each person is different so you have to pick what works for you. Remember not all carbs are bad and you need them for energy. My plan is to drink 6 glasses of water.i mix one water the next diet soda then so on so i get my intake. next i log in everything i eat and that is everything. I go by the less is best attack.Eat just enough to hit the spot and no more. this mornings brakefast was 1. apple 1/2 grapefruit with sugar 1 cup sugar smacks with a 1/2 cup of 2% milk 3 to 4 hours later i will have a banana lunch i might have a taco bell reg taco and some pinto beans and cheese with a apple snack time 3 to 4 hours later could be light popcorn and a pear dinner -salad with fat free ranch,baked fish,corn,baked potatoe. Thats a basic game plan for me. 1 You make sure to eat every 3 to 4 hours 2.make healthy choices 3.drink water.water helps you plus when you think your hungry you might only really be thirsty. 4.plan what you eat.This way you know what's going in you. i hope this helps.

Why was sob items pulled?was it a sign the ride was going to be removed or is a legal issue over making money on a ride that was going through a law suit?If sob is going bye bye i hope they give us a ride like top thrill dragster.

If anything keep moving.The more active you are,the better off you are.Im loving the gym.Topped with some good music and im set for a great workout.

Yeah i met him last year. You might be a ki addict if you bring guests to your home and show off all your pictures on the wall of the rides and your ride photo that you had blew up into a poster.

Hey it's that time of year again for me.As the season ended i weighed 212 but the dang holidays kicked my butt big time.SO im starting at 236 lbs as i try to trim down and invite others just to join in or just keep track. On a good note i enjoyed all the Cedar Point rides no problem so i know what i must weigh to ride so im pumped.My goal before the season ends is 195 lbs and to keep it off. Here's to another great Kings Island season. rock on. JA

When i first get there i will kiss ground inside the park and after wiping away my tears since i missed home so much i will run to d-back. After a few rides on that i will head to The Beast.After i do that i might catch a ride on sob or start crying again if it is not there.After that i will enjoy the rest of my day there with friends and such. Hope to see you there.

true very true.I cant wait for 2010.A whole new season plus i will be taking in some concerts this year.reo speedwagon,styxs,lou gramm and maybe take in a wwe event plus thers my trip to ocean city and to the west coast.This is going to be a great year.stay tune for winter training round 2 "the holiday bounce back.

for a moment i thought i leaped back in time.but then i would have losted diamond back.no way im staying here in good old 2009.

I love meeting people for the first time there.At times i go alone but meet and share the day with other people.that is like so cool.

Every thing will still run normal.Im sure they will try to make things better to draw more guests into the park. Besides what can anyone do?stop going because of this?Lets just wait and see.Im all for change if it brings something better.

It was cold and very busy.I got in at 11 for ert.Headed to MF and was set to get a front seat ride when the ride shutdown for about 20 mins.I heard someone took their seatbelt off while heading up the lift.WHY be that dumb?What sucked for them it started raining.I guess they removed that guest for the day.Being nice they got double rides for being stuck.When i got my turn,man it was cooold but fun.Then when we got back they delayed us to bring out another train.They were cool to us as they let us ride again for the delay.Thank you. Later in the day the line was about a 2 hour wait.To add to that someone passed out in line i guess.Emt's got there and rolled him out. TTD was down for most of the day due to high winds.I got close to riding it as i made it to the inside line only to have it shutdown after only 2 cycles. Seems that light rain and wind can make for a bad day for some of the rides. I would have went sunday but bring a friend day looked like a busy day as well. Thank you for making the summer fun.The little funny things you do and say will always stay with me. Diamondback hardworkers,yes you guys rocked this year.Keeping the lines moving and getting us pumped up for the ride if we really needed it but you were great. SOB operators,i will miss you.Thank you for them last rides.

it would be nice to try again with or without the sob.

It would have to be april the start of spring as the rides get geared up for the first time like Diamondback.Not very long lines and the park seems so fresh.It's like a homecoming. Oh anyways back to my fav moment of 2009 was opening day and the debut of Diamondback. The first ride auction was a great moment to.

It could be very busy being the last friday of the season.

Going through the mazes is one thing but on saturday night i got a real good scare.While waiting for slaughter house early entry i was told to meet at the theater at 6:45.I see the door cracked open so i go in thinking this is where we go and i sit down inside.After sitting there for a few minutes it dawned on me these people where getting into costumes.i walked in on the monsters.I was about to freak.Please tell me im not the only one to do this.

friday was a great trip.Lines not to bad.The Beast and Drop Tower was pretty much walk on's most of the night.Diamondback was a 10 min wait early on and right at about 25 mins later on.The mazes was another story.US was about a 45 min wait.Once again a was a great maze and everyone did a great job.The bad part was this girl bringon her kid who was about 1 or 2 i guess.Cute kid but im sure it's hard to scare people when your trying to be careful and a kid that age. Tombstone was great once again.Everything moved right along. TOT was a wait id say about 25 mins but it was worth it. Club blood was sweet but i guess some kid upset the worker at the end as he came out ready to fight it looked like.I must admit them girls are sweet and i ummm i'll be good.But anyhow it surprised me the boss at the end of the club would call his ladies something that rhymes with witches.It was part of the act but it caught me off guard. Again crowds were small today so i will say it was a great trip.Worth the trip up.Saturdays trip i will report later.Bed time. 10/3 Saturday was great.I got my early ride times in and i got front seats on Diamondback and beast.Wait times very short for most of the day.Drop Tower was 15 mins and The Beast about 20. The shows were great but it seemed like a rerun from last year.But again great songs from great monsters. About 5pm i headed to fear feast and saw a pretty long line.Got a pass for the 6:45 victim pass for slaughter house.I guess we were to meet by the theater.I saw people go in so i thought we all met inside so i went in to sit down.After sitting there for 5 mins i had a funny feeling that i was in the wrong place.YIKES MONSTERS DRESSING ROOM.so i snuck out before i became their first victim.LOL. As i waited for 6:45 the park got packed and i knew it was going to get pretty crazy so i headed home. Fearfeast had great food but last years set up ran better i thought.There was to much mix up and different answers from other workers on where to go.Better to eat on friday nights i guess. All in all in great trip.Hope to get one more in.

Once you ride so many of them,it dont bother you.If your new to it then i could see having fear. Just go for the biggest and baddest and once you do that everything else should be a piece of cake.

Iwent friday night and had a great time.Saturday early was great but as it got near haunt time bam,it got busy.I enjoyed the fear feast but the 6:45 line up for slaughter house looked to be bad with so many people eating upstairs.

They cant grab you.If they bump you????it might happen since things happen so fast.You can still ride the rides.just stay out of the mazes and you should be ok.You just have to watch out on the paths for the hidden ones and no matter how fake a monster looks,dont go up close to find out. Have fun.
