I may not know much about international copyright laws, but just because a company can get a license to use something in one country does not mean it has the same rights in another country. Terpy I'm sure would know more about this.

Well it was this time last year that Diamondback construction had already started. Unfortunately I have not been to the park to ride DB (That will be in Oct). I was just wondering if anyone has noticed any dirt being moved around at the park? Anything being stirred up, or speculation for 2010?

It would not be cost effective to remove the sign for a ride if it was only going to be down for the rest of the year, then put it back up next year. I would say the removal of the sign suggests CP has made up their mind on the fate of SOB. But that is just my opinion.

(Screaming Swing in particular would give KI yet another great giant flatride- now DT and Delirium aren't by themselves! Sorry Crypt, you're not a great ride.) BTW, what rides are those in real life and where are they, because I know you photoshopped this. Good job too, it looks like a real photo at first. I thought those weere real for a second I was like holy did KI change in the last few days. Whomever made this, see what you can do with the crypt building taken out and the land behind it. Beacuse the crypt is horrible now, just think of the possibilities of that space. it already has que lines. I'm not that good with PS but how about this?

Well due to being a full time adult college student, and going to school year round. I have not been able to go to KI in 2 years. Well I just bought my tickets online for Aug 14th, for $22 a ticket. Great Deal. Can't wait to ride Diamondback and The Beast. What is the best food option for someone on a limited budget? Anyone else going up on the 14th?

Those kinds of shirts don't really bother me. And yes, some "female attire" is just awful. I can't stand looking at people (mainly boys, yes I just said mainly) with their pants below their butt and their underwear showing. To me the sagging pants, showing their underwear is just a sign of laziness to me. I just want to see one of these guys trip and bust out some teeth. That I would pay to see that. Maybe then they will learn to pull their pants up.

I agree. The park is still has the summer activities to promote before they get to the fall.

Dan Carroll from Fox19 was on DB this morning. He even showed his on ride photo. Looks like they added some so the DB sign.He said with the wind chill it felt like 17 degrees.

Yes disappointed, because I've never been to Cedar Point. Still very happy though to go to KI!
