King Cobra closed end of 2000, Delirium opened 2003- two full seasons in-between with empty space. Bat closed sometime in 1982, Vortex opened 1987- a bit more than four full seasons. If I remember correctly The Bat actually stood for a couple of seasons, SBNO.

Probably so they can change prices quickly on certain days. A lot of places have been doing that for the last year, just like gas stations.

I doubt they would take it down unless there was some damage to it, or they were clearing an area for something. Why else would a company use resources to remove something benign as that.

I'm sorry, but I've always hated Nick. I would rather have Hanna Barbera back, Scooby and the others like the Flintstones, or the Jetsons should be brought back. (I guess that shows my age) On the other hand I am happy a more wholesome element such as Snoopy will grace the children area. I believe Nick has had a big effect on the behavior and poor judgment of today's youth. The shows that Nick has had on their network in the last 10 years has taught children to act more like adults then kids. Shows like Spongebob are ok, but when they are on the same channel as the other shows such as a Hanna Montana type and other teenage shows, younger kids get sucked into these shows. That is why you see 10 and 11 year old girls dressing up like they are 17 or 18. Kids should be kids and not be sexualized like adults. Let them enjoy their childhood. I am glad Snoopy will be joining us. I will now stop ranting and shut up. Sorry I just finished a twenty page paper in sociology class last month on the exploitation and sexualization of children.

Well it was this time last year that Diamondback construction had already started. Unfortunately I have not been to the park to ride DB (That will be in Oct). I was just wondering if anyone has noticed any dirt being moved around at the park? Anything being stirred up, or speculation for 2010?

It would not be cost effective to remove the sign for a ride if it was only going to be down for the rest of the year, then put it back up next year. I would say the removal of the sign suggests CP has made up their mind on the fate of SOB. But that is just my opinion.

BTW, what rides are those in real life and where are they, because I know you photoshopped this. Good job too, it looks like a real photo at first. I thought those weere real for a second I was like holy did KI change in the last few days. Whomever made this, see what you can do with the crypt building taken out and the land behind it. Beacuse the crypt is horrible now, just think of the possibilities of that space. it already has que lines. I'm not that good with PS but how about this?

Well due to being a full time adult college student, and going to school year round. I have not been able to go to KI in 2 years. Well I just bought my tickets online for Aug 14th, for $22 a ticket. Great Deal. Can't wait to ride Diamondback and The Beast. What is the best food option for someone on a limited budget? Anyone else going up on the 14th?
