They're going to have to pan the camera back further. I have a feeling they will be working late today. With 2 more pieces after this and snow heading this way for tomorrow night, I'd say they will want to get major lifting done so they can work "inside" running electrical.

Has anyone gone by the park to take pictures yet? I'm sure it is visible by now from outside KI.

For me, I won't pay to see it. I would check it out if it was for free. Not my cup of tea. As for those who like this, have fun. From the temperature of the general public on Facebook, it was not well received due to the upcharge. That was a majority of the complaints. Yes, I will look at it from WS as others have suggested. lol. I feel sorry for those larger families on tight budgets; this will be expensive on top of the already high food prices.

I would be fine if they didn't add anything, save the land for future use of something better, such as a coaster or an expansion of X-base. Or more flats.

If it is a walk, I am very disappointed. If I wanted to do something like that I would go to one of the many exhibits that travel around the region. Or even the creation, or natural history museum. I'm not saying put in a coaster, but make it some sort of ride, not a nature trail with some dinosaurs. By the tempature of the responses on Facebook, most people have had negative posts about being a walk of some sort. They want a ride. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

I concur with this--I did the 10K this past year and from what I remember, the area around what is seen on the map was significant. My guess is that the red outline is at least a mile or better, and I would doubt they expect many people--particularly families with children--to walk that distance in the heat we sometimes experience here in summer. Perhaps they will re-use the trams that used to take people to their cars to pull guests through the area, but i think walking the complete distance is unlikely (unless they were to add a group of rides as stops along the way, which is unlikely to be completed before the beginning of this season as has been suggested). With gas prices the way they are, I highly doubt they would install anything that required the use of gasoline.

Really? there's so much stupidity in that statement I don't even know where to begin! You would really expect every exhibit to look EXACTLY the same? Every eye to look EXACTLY the same. the fact that we have no way of know what a Dino Eye looked like , fossilized evidence cant illustrate that, that rendering of an eye.. that concept is WAY to close to ignore! I understand you want a coaster or park expansion but face it this is what your getting. Really? You need to read KIC TOS before making response posts like that. Also welcome to KIC.
