  1. Oh, that's odd, because I seem to recall a giant banner for the movie FACE OFF on the building attached to the Paramount Theater right next to the ride.
  2. I believe the job fair last year was in the middle of February. February is around March, am I wrong?
  3. Aha! I beat goodyellowkorn! Oh yeah...Crypt at KD is everything you'd want in a top spin. Multiple, intense flips, hanging over a pit of fire, fountains shooting straight up at you...it's amazing.
  4. Yeah I agree. You don't have to have a hypercoaster to be a fun park. However, Chang did make it alot more fun. EDIT: Oh, and those Play Passes and Season Passes are deals! I paid $40 for the Season Pass (discount book, bring a friend FTW), and plan to use it at Magic Mountain. $40 is $30 less than a ticket and parking at the Mountain.
  5. I wouldn't say that so quickly. Marriott doesn't go by that statement. Link One Link Two
  6. Downgraded kids areas still cost nickels, you know. And if CF sells its parks, KI will be sold after many of the others.
  7. Guys! 162 days and 11 hours til the park opens! I can almost taste it!
  8. ^Meh, AC is next to the parking lot...it's better. Really though, it's in grass, not concrete.
  9. I've only been to KD, but I think I'd choose KD. If we're saying new coasters, Carowinds, easy. I said both though, cause it's pretty close. Can't wait til 2010, I'm going on an epic trip to both! Yay!
  10. I renewed mine two weeks ago, I think, and they gave me a whole new pass, and the renewal deal. I was thinking they'd use the same pass but I guess not.
  11. Are they any thicker than last years passes? I can't imagine how such a thin plastic card can make it through the whole season in one piece- every single other plastic card I have is thicker. I don't know, I didn't notice they were thin. I think they're about the same.
  12. ^Yeah, I think so too. I renewed mine and they look exactly like the Cedar Point ones. See my avatar. They look awesome!
  13. Hmm, so you went to Great Adventure, Kings Island, and possibly Knoebel's? Just a guess .
  14. What?! Are you kidding me? And while it is likely that Avatar will be GR8 SK8, theirs is a magic carpet, not a Disk'O.
  15. I think I saw you pop out of a curtain and snarl at me. What's with all this haunt snarling?
  16. I've only bought one: It's fun to stay at the... !
  17. That was StalkerChick letting people in to Urgent Scare on Saturday? I thought she looked familiar.

Top Thrill Dragster my first time. I was 9 years old. So yeah, I was terrified. Some others include Insanity on the Stratosphere Tower and Manhattan Express, but that was just cause it cost $14 and I hadn't ridden a coaster in six months.
  20. 1. Yep, thats Dominator. 2. Yeah, Volcano was awesome. Probably the most unique coaster I've been on.
  21. I've got quite a few. There's a lot of KD. It has a lot of photo opportunities. Some of these were taken with my cell so they might not have the best quality. Alpengiest, one of the best themed rides I've been on. Love that shot. This picture, while overused, is still awesome. Ha, my friend and I recreated Stealth. That's neat. Best. Drop. Ever. I like that sign. Saw that on the highway. Scorcher is such a twisty ride. I didn't know there was a specified height for him... Very good looking coaster. Again. That's just an awesome pic. Great ride. I love how the trees fit perfectly in to Grizzly. So much better than KI's Scooby...half of it is because of this! This year has been amazing.
