The higher prices are just on certain "premium" days that are not listed on the website. Parking is always $12 online or at Kroger. The website doesn't seem to explain this, though. On the Tickets page: Parking Daily Parking: $12 - Preferred Daily Parking: $20 On the FAQ page: How much is parking? Parking is $15 per vehicle for regular parking and $22 for preferred. A limited number of handicap parking spaces are available near the Front Gate on a first-come, first-served basis.

I'd rather avoid Chick-Fil-A outside the park too, personally. The philly cheese steaks at Snake Pit by Diamondback are awesome. Panda Express has really big portions for the price. Backyard BBQ is a really good choice if you don't mind eating a bit later (a light lunch is probably a good choice if you're planning on doing Backyard BBQ). I haven't eaten at Reds Hall of Fame or Hank's Burrito Shack, but I've heard that both are good. And don't forget the blue ice cream!

According to RCT2.. I believe they're called "Lay-Down Coaster" Because they probably couldn't say "Vekoma Flying Coaster" and "B&M Flying Coaster". Like how there's Hyper Coaster and Hyper Twister Coaster for Arrow/Morgan and B&M.

They've sold out multiple times before.

http://visitkingsisland.com/payments should work, maybe it didn't like the extra slash? It actually just redirects to https://paymentportal.accesso.com/kingsisland/login

Overheard outside the front gate: "Okay, first we'll go ride the Son of The Beast, then we'll head over to King Cobra... I haven't been on that one in forever!"
-
...and season passes, and platinum passes!

Kings Island currently has a roller coaster incorporating water. It is located in Rivertown. I know that... Diamondback is pretty cool. But I mean more of a water themed creature name with the possibility of getting wet while riding. No offense but we already have 3 great water rides, (4 in you count splash dance). We don't need a coaster where you actually get wet. You have to remember, we live in Ohio.... I don't think Splash Dance can be considered a ride... or great, actually.

At least AK has great theming (except Hester and Chester's, of course.). Aw, darn. Maybe this means Avatar Land might get cancelled. Tragic, right? -
Wouldn't that just turn Fast Lane into the Slow Lane if tons of people with passes bought a season FL pass?

It's okay, in RCT, any Drop Tower above about 150ft is "too intense" for the guests. -
That's an interesting point. Is it possible they designed Diamondback to deliberately jackhammer as part of the ride experience? Oh no please don't actually think that. Though I guess it could also mimic the rumble of a Nascar and the growl of a Behemoth. I do doubt it was intentional though but hey add a little theme and it's like now with rumble effects. Back on topic though, what I wonder is with the triangle footers which signify generally a meeting of multiple supports. Which generally occurs on tighter radii but not generally in low force areas. Why so close to the presumed station area? Not trying to be an expert just trying to decode. It's the stair effect from Backlot that they finally got to work. Duh.

Remember the MAXX Pass? The horror...
-
If the payment doesn't go through, the passes are deactivated and you'll get an email notifying you about it. You can use http://visitkingsisland.com/payments to update your info or I think make the system try the payment again. Once a payment goes through, the passes are reactivated.

Maybe someone in Sandusky mixed up KI and KD.

Did Perilous Plunge get scrapped when it was removed from K's?

However, they did spend the money to get new banners for the area around where the water tower was, and haven't On Location and Ice Scream Zone gotten new/repainted signs in the last few seasons?
