I hear what you all are saying about lighting. I hope there is more lighting added. I know CP had said that WindSeeker would have an amazing lighting package....wonder if we'll get the same. I hope that AT doesn't close down, a new movie would be nice!

My guess is that the debris we see is from a passenger, something falling out of a pocket. This happens a lot on coasters. You don't have to go upside down to lose things out of your pocket. Just my idea about that situation. I agree with most of you on this, the layout is just kind of blah....would I go an ride it, to say I've ridden the World's Fastest Coaster....heck yeah I would.

Well I'm sorry for saying it was a hype because your definition of hype differs from mine. Yes I'm disappointed if it remains the same color scheme. I'll refrain from saying anything about what the park does from now on.

Your definition of hype is different than mine. When there is a buzz about something I find it as a hype. When I talk to just members of the gp that are excited that it's getting a paint job...I find that as a hype. It's not just one or two people.

I had a friend from Piqua, Ohio over the other day without me even talking about Kings Island say, hey did you know Flight Deck is being painted? I don't think it's just the enthusiasts creating hype.

I somehow don't believe that it's gonna remain that color. Why would they create a hype if it's gonna look the same?

In that picture my favorite color, purple, was one of them but mixed with neon green is too much....neon green and pink however are not!

I would never think of a ride like this at a zoo! Yes, I understand carousels and small water rides...but a skyride? After I initially saw this info, I was kind of taken back. But lookin into the Indianapolis Zoo's website I noticed that they do have a family coaster, 3D ride and some other small rides. I would love to see this Zoo become a zoo like Columbus Zoo! I love the Columbus Zoo with the acquisition of Wyandot Lake, making the expansion of the water park, as another option with the zoo as well as Jungle Jack's Landing. It all fits perfectly well together, since Wyandot Lake was right next to the zoo and how they brought the space in between together to improve area usage.

I literally laughed out loud on this! But only if a strange small, round, rock-like object is placed into the dirt (gross, I know) and cared for. That's the only problem I have. Diamondback's splashdown has made Rivertown into an open plaza with a concrete pool in the center. Now, if they had planted dozens of pine trees and birches and maples around the lagoon, I wouldn't mind. But there are like, five or six dogwoods. Twenty years from now, that will still be nothing more than an open plaza with a few little trees around it, whereas planting just a few more trees of various types a year ago would guarantee that it would one day return to its dense forested feel. Cedar Fair has improved markedly from its former feelings towards atmosphere and landscaping, but there's still quite a ways to go... They're going in the right direction. But if they buy 100 baby oak trees and plant them around Diamondback, The Crypt, Planet Snoopy, and most importantly Boomerang Bay and Action Zone, the park will look beautiful 10 - 15 years down the road. That sort of foresight and care would mean a lot! I'd love your idea of having a dense forested feel. Yeah, dozens of pine trees and birches, maples around the lagoon would look great! However, would the leaves falling during the Haunt be a good thing or a hindernce? I'm excited to see what the WindSeeker construction will bring to Coney Mall. I personally would love to feel like I'm walking through a highly themed midway and would love to see pavers in place of the blacktop. I've always found the part where WindSeeker is going a little too dark. I'd love to see some great lighting, carnival lighting if possible.

I'd have to say phyisically Boo Blasters (rotating platform like Jasper said) or Beast having to bend over to check restraints. Operational Wise-- Monster it is the only ride that has manual controls.

I'm with you on the tv's with that video....but themeing overall I do enjoy! We also then have to ask the questions, how much themeing is too much? When does themeing become too cheesy?
