Awesome. I love the sound it makes!!! Hoping for a similar sound with Banshee. Who manufactured Raptor?

Does Raptor have sand in the tracks or not? I'm assuming no bc you can hear it throughout the whole park, but am wondering bc I am curious if Banshee will sound similar to Raptor.

Completely off topic but just rode Raptor for the first time ever. WOW!!!!! That was awesome.

Will CP fill up a 2012 KI souvenir cup with water? I hate how tiny the cups of water are that you get but don't want to pay for a souvenir cup that I won't be using again this season.

I just want some place that may sell a warm beverage should I get cold. I know at KI that's usually just Starbucks.

Ha ha I was just noting the layout and apparent size and angle of said lift hills in addition to the near identical color of the track and supports (more the supports than the track) I don't care if it was a copy cat though it's still new to us and will be an awesome ride. And only the second full invert I will have ever been on unless I am unable to ride Raptor Friday or Saturday

That's how Patriot's lift hill at Worlds of Fun was built. See picture: Banshee is starting to look like a copycat now o.O I know nothing about Patriot but just noting how very similar Banshee is looking to it....

I never keep stuff in my pockets when I go to amusement parks. Pockets on women's jeans and shorts are more for decoration than holding stuff anyways it seems. Very small and shallow. Lol that's why our purses are so huge!!!!

Y'all are making me feel real safe about going jk. I'm not worried I guard my stuff big time, that's why before the locked bins at KI unless I had to leave it, I would take my bag with me on the ride

I don't know what it's like at Kings Island, but all the bins lock at Cedar Point. I don't remember it always being that way though. I think most of the rides with multiple trains now have locking bins, except Adventure Express. That was something new they did this year. If it was just my bag I would risk it but this is a camera and lenses, so I am not willing to take the risk of leaving it in a bin that doesn't lock

So it sounds like as often as I may need a locker it may be best just to invest in an all day locker. I appreciate all the info

I think I'm spoiled by the crazy Cincinnati weather where it's September and I'm still going on water rides to cool off lol. 60s and 70s plus wind will make me cold indeed!

So I need to plan on jeans and hoodies and possibly my coat lol noted. I get cold very easily bc I'm small'
