From what Terpy said you shouldn't be frightened at all! You'll be fine!!

Especially at KI. Like Terpy said a while back, Cedar Point is a vacation spot. If it rains people aren't going to go home. They might go back to their hotel but not leave the park. ON the other hand KI is not. If it rains the majority of the people will leave.

I learned this lesson a t Cedar Point. Do not worry about the weather forecast. It changes to much. It called for Thunderstorms the whole time at CP and didn't rain once. You might get an hour of showers but thats all. It won't rain the whole day. Have fun!

Because I guarantee that the can't get their insurance company to cover the ride. So they can open the ride but if they do and something happens. The money comes out of their pocket.....

Exactly GYC, your right! I honesty believe that they will try and fix SoB. Now what they do with it, who knows. But when you think about it that ride has so many records it would be a loss to destroy it. I don't know I just love the ride so I'm telling myself it will succeed. I've said this before and I will say it again. Time will tell.

I think so if their is an accident and the trains hit each other that would cause it to absorb the shock more. Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm not sure what you're talking about?

She doesn't want to ride The Beast. When she last rode it (in the early 80s) she hated it, because of the roughness. So I didn't make her go on it. My mom won't ride that either.

Thats great! Im lucky my parents ride everything with me. But their is one ride they hate and I love. Son of Beast. Ive never seen my mom hate a ride so much!
