  1. What, no Maverick pics? Sheesh... (Great report!)
  2. Personally, I like how one of our flagship rides has different colors on its lift hill supports than it does on it's other supports. Gives our park kind of a nice little "touch" don't you think?
  3. Who do I think has been more beneficial for Cedar Fair as a business and company overall? Ouimet by far... But from a thrill seeker perspective I still will always miss Kinzel a little bit.
  4. ^Show off all you want, those drawings are amazing(and accurate)!
  5. No, it does not. Look at the link more carefully. Haunt attractions start at 6:00 PM on Saturdays. The only Saturday that Haunt started at 7:00 PM was September 21st... https://www.visitkingsisland.com/haunt/plan-your-trip
  6. *Meanwhile, absolutely NO signs of Timberliners being installed on the Voyage in the years to come... Sigh.
  7. So long bro, it was fun while it lasted...

  8. Since Haunt technically starts at 6pm that means there is no re-entry after 6:00 PM, NOT 7:00 PM. Just thought I'd throw that out there. https://www.visitkingsisland.com/haunt/plan-your-trip
  9. Nice! That was a great day and I am sure looking forward to future KIC meet-ups and events. I see you got quite a few shots of the back my head.
  10. I TOLD you the first drop was going to look "sick" from the midway! (Photo courtesy of KingsIslandPR) "Photo: A look at the first drop on Banshee from the Coney Mall area of the park." Link for mobile: https://twitter.com/kingsislandPR
  11. Its going to be really close to delerium, I can wait to ride delerium and whe it swings out you meet ppl from Banshee :-) Well you certainly are patient.
  12. Tomorrow I'll try to post something along the lines of a "Haunt guide" for those want to prepare for Friday. I would right now but I have homework...
  13. Will it be an auction or Buy It Now?
  14. YS ain't lying, I just noticed a couple days ago. That brake run IS particularly long. Banshee probably would not be the longest if it weren't for that... 1st Banshee- 4,124 ft 2nd Pyrenees- 4,048.6 ft http://rcdb.com/rhr.htm?m=2&d=5
  15. "A Hypercoaster1 designed and sold by Bolliger & Mabillard that does not feature a trim brake2". --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Hypercoaster: Complete-circuit roller coaster at least 200 feet tall and less than 300 feet tall that lacks inverting elements. 2Trim brake: a brake usually found in the middle of a ride designed to "trim" speed in order to save money on maintenance. (I had a little fun with it, )
  16. I'm pretty sure Don said that tombstones and fog effects WOULD be incorporated throughout the ride. EDIT: Here it is:
  17. Gnarly... (Another piece of track added)
  18. I actually like YoungStud being here. I agree with him on the Intamin vs. B&M discussion and his controversial posts (even though I don't always agree with them) makes this place a bit more exciting.
  19. I am! Nah just kidding, I'd really get sick of it if I would ride it THAT much (physically and mentally).
  20. Ya know for the size of that "flying coaster" thing, it actually looks pretty fun.
  21. And our 2009 addition CERTAINLY has brought some steel venom.
  22. Look on the bright side. Maybe all this extra profit from things like Fastlane, Dollar Days, and Bring-A-Friend Deals is going towards our future giga am I right?
