  1. It's really not B&M's fault that these relatively new coasters like GK and DB are starting to rattle and 'bounce' IMO. I think it has to do more with Cedar Fair themselves. Replacing coaster wheels apparently is not a huge priority on FUN's to-do list... And like I've mentioned before, Nitro and Bizarro run smooth as glass.
  2. no. we rode it saturday and it was still very smooth imo. my brother rode it for the first time and the first thing he said he loved about it was how "smooth" it was. Well then you must have ridden in a good seat... green train I suppose? I admit, Diamondback still is considerably smooth in most of it's seats, but in others it is getting pretty bad (especially close to the back). From my experience, green train is the smoothest, red is okay, and brown is the worst. The very back right side on brown train is almost unbearable IMO.
  3. Perhaps Huss is currently developing a Giant Giant Slide...
  4. I have about 20 or 30 in my junk drawer. They're in good condition too. I also have at least 20 of 2011 Haunt maps, 2012 Haunt maps, 2012 regular season maps, 2012 CP maps, and 2013 CP maps I'll take a 2011,and a 2011 haunt map. The only way I'd be willing to give someone a map would be at a meetup, so if you happen be at the KIC Closing Day meetup, I would be glad too. I wouldn't want to give my address via return address if I were to send it to you.
  5. Oh yeah sorry about that. That must have been when me and my buddy play air hockey. It gets pretty intense! No seriously. Pucks and/or puddles can and do fly off the table when we play against each other. Especially when were locked into "arena" mode teehee... -------------------- But on the other hand, good report!
  6. ^^^ Or someone didn't seem to know how many pounds there are in a ton. (4.5 tons= 9,000 lbs)
  7. I live in Cincinnati and I don't even know...
  8. I can't wait to see how big the first loop is going to be. BeastForever, who prefers drawn out inversions particularly on inverts as opposed to blacking out on every inversion.
  9. BeastForever, who cracks up whenever spelling errors turn into funny or ironic words...
  10. Looks like it will be a nice little place to visit next year.
  11. Reds, Bengals, Skyline, Coney Island, Kings Island, Beach Waterpark, Cincinnati Zoo...
  12. Correct. Silver Bullet at Knott's Berry Farm.
  13. It must have been hard cramming all of those inflated basketballs in there...
  14. Wait, so let me get this straight... The reason it was never changed to the Batman theme was because the ride was so awful that TW didn't want to get embarrased? That's hilarious!
  15. I highly recomend sitting in seat 6-2 for The Beast (second last row); it is the perfect balance of smoothness and "fun" jostling all while maintaining the most possible force. I also highly recomend riding in left seat of 6-1 (second last row) on Flight Deck; it is just like, AWESOME.
  16. Grand Carousel? EDIT: Beat by nanoseconds...
  17. Personally, I've never had a problem with Crypt's building being there. I always thought is was fine. But I guess that's because I've grown up looking at that building and have never really experienced the "Rivertown experience that once was." What bugs me more are the sounds of a big, red, loud roller coaster towering over the place. (Even though I love the DB addition overall, I still wish it would have been put in a different place.) Also, I wish Rivertown would selectively play country music of some sort like they do in Frontiertown at CP (or at least that's what I think they do...). Seriously, I'd much rather hear that than some of the mainstream pop garbage that plagues the park's playlist i.e. songs I most likely heard on the car ride there.
  18. Project 2019 : Intamin Giga Blitz

  19. Well, I guess "To Hell and Back" would be a fitting name for a stock Vekoma boomerang... (Literally...)
  20. I've heard some parts have sunk all the way to China.
