Just looking at TWC's forecast, it looks like there's an anomaly in the data for Saturday. It goes from high 50's Friday to 40's Saturday, to High 50's Sunday.

And while we are talking about Accuweather, their forecast for Saturday is 58. WCPO is saying 62. WXIX is saying 60. WLWT is saying 57.

Just yesterday afternoon it said 66, today it says 44, tomorrow it may say 60. Weather forecasts change daily, especially when more than 1 day in advance.

^ Couldn't have said it better myself. As a non-smoker I know there are people who smoke, that visit Kings Island, and I respect their choice to smoke. Just as long as they respect my choice to breathe clean air.

I shouldn't have to have to leave an amusement park if i don't like someone smoking, especially one that advertises a mostly smoke free environment. If you have a problem not smoking in designated areas, maybe you shouldn't come inside Kings Island.

^^ You fail to mention ERT on Mammoth, Wildebeest, Sparkler, Turkey Whirl, Scarecrow Scrambler, and Hallowswings. Personally.. I think ERT on Mammoth, is something they have never done before, but I may be wrong.

And if I had to take a guess from the new queues for Vortex, and The Racer, along with where the Diamondback queue is, something similar will be in place for these rides, where there's a controlled merging between Fast Lane and Queued riders. From the sound of people who have visited parks that are already open, it sounds like they have a much better, much more planned out system in place, than what was available at Kings Island last year.

You are correct, as I am aware of, that no parks designate a whole train to a Fast Lane system, but Busch Gardens does designate seats.. for every train, for their system. So if there is no one in their express lanes, those seats usually go empty. And say a train has 16 rows, 3 are blocked off for express passers. Through 5 train cycles you have effectively allowed a whole train of express riders. So in the real world, this provides very close for the same capacity. And I can only imagine that if there were only 4 fast laners in line, that they would allow non Fast Lane guest onto the train.

And the figure probably also includes all the expenditures for the parking lot redesign over by Soak City. Asphalt is not cheap.

It is definitely one of my favorites. Nothing beats pure air time, and then pulling in and looking over to see you beat the other train.

The land has just now starting to be cleared. I say it will be a little while before it is complete. As for Panda Express, it looks like it could be complete before the end of May.

You can go before opening day for processing, or you can wait. If you plan on going to opening day though (and live close) I would recommend going before Opening day, as the line will be about as long for Pass processing as it will be for Diamondback. As for the kiddo and wife, they need to be there to process the pass, as their picture will need to be taken. Enjoy your year at Kings Island!!
