    I went to Boomerang Bay three times this past summer and the wave pool wasn't even running.

    I would love it if they could get an Aqua Trax, but it would look out of place.

    Well if all day at Kings Island is 10-10, wouldn't the fireworks not be counted if they were after 10:00 p.m? I don't remember when the fireworks start exactly, all I remember is one of the elevator's attendants telling us that if we wanted on the tower to arrive around 9:45-ish....

    Thanks for sharing! Son of Beast has to have one of the most impressive wooden structures in the world.

    I don't really see how you could connect them. The distance between the two is very far, unless they used the some of the maintenance roads. But then they would have to pave them, add lights, facilities, and add new maintenance roads. Plus trying to navigate that would be a pain in the butt. I would love to see the two areas expanded, but I don't think connecting them would be the greatest idea.

    I see what appears to be the KI Inn bus in the park lot area. But that doesn't help me because I have no clue when they started using it. So I'm going to take a wild guess and say 1993.

    I'm wondering why I'm just now posting in this thread ha ha. Anyways, it's amazing to see how much the park has changed and how much it hasn't. I didn't start going to the park until the mid-90's so I'm giving you a big thanks for the pictures!

    Actually, I'd have to oppose that. I've seen wooden coasters last a lot longer SBNO than steel coasters.

    And I guess when Canada's Wonderland get's a B&M Giga coaster, it automatically means we are too? Now that's something to talk about.

    I find this post very ironic and sort of hypocritical, or a slight case of two faced, maybe a mood swing? A change of plans? I can never tell with people these days. What if Cedar Fair already made an announcement and we never knew? No, that's impossible, no one here "doesn't know" about announcements that may change our lives forever. Oh the possibilities are endless.

    It was pretty good, I went to the park around 12 times and rode everything at least 2 times. However last year was a lot more fun for me.

    SOB's structure looks like it was made out of super-sized popsicle sticks and a lot of glue.
