I'm just putting this out there right now. I would like to have the Trick or Treat maze at Kings Island this year now that MM has gone, it will rest, but in pieces.

For the majority of what I know about crews, as well life guards at Soak City, it takes alot of work to even be who they are today. I respect everyone who goes out and puts a friendly smile up when a guest comes along with a bad day. The Ride Department, my friend, is the life source of Kings Island, without it, Kings Island would be nothing more than a bundle of sticks and steel, with fiberglass here and there. Main point? Don't bag on the Kings Island employees, there are more on here than you could even think of, and they all do their jobs to the highest of expectation of ride management. As well, you never know who is looking, geez even Mr. Ouimet, who in my book has some good ideas, may be looking at this very post. As said before, I am sorry that you came on a bad day, and I do hope you can come back for the best day. The usual "down" (slow) days are mondays and tuesdays, so if you want the lesser wait I would choose one of those days for a visit.

So let's see, we're probably going to get a doll haunt or something I don't know. BB1, who feels sorry about our loss.

in all honesty, I am actually facepalming to a few posts on here at this very moment. BB1 who remembers being called out on a "foul", but wasn't in one. What a diversion!

No offense, but I don't see much of anything in this video which pertains to the construction site, other than the signs on the fence. That's why I said, from the ground, BB1 who didn't say he was going to take you "behind the scenes in this whimsical video that this guy took of the new ride that we all must call Banshee!" no I said it was just a ground video of the fence and the old SOB area. Now please, if you have an issue with that, keep calm, and carry on. I'm perfectly calm. You're the one getting upset because I made a comment about your video. You specifically wrote "Nice video of the construction site from the ground." Look at your post again. You did NOT say anything at all about taking a video of the old SOB area. IF you had said that, I would have avoided making a comment. But you led us to believe this was ground video of the actual construction site....which it's not, other than the fence. That, my friend is (d)inf(v)erred BB1 who will be here for a long time, and tries to show a good video here and there, possibly a good joke as well. In all honesty, a construction site was visible when at the Flight Deck I believe, and a vehical was shown at the beginning, with that being said, there is more, like oh, a fence. Which in all honesty is a part of the site. I do not wish to bicker and fight, I just wish to post in an emerging topic a few insightful posts that will carry on the topic, with a few giggles, no wails here. BB1, who likes riddles and jokes

Thanks for the first trip report on the event! I wish that I could of shared in the fun, and the photos, but I am glad you got to go into the fun.

That is actually very interesting, having the sanity not to ride that seat in years, I remember this: Ow! Ow! Ow!. In all honesty, that is more mysterious than what is going into the ban....erm new ride site. BB1 a Beast veteran.

Quit rubbing it in, I just yesterday learned that I could go today, sadly it was too late. I hope you all had fun today, and I look forward to any other official KIC day(s) in this season or the future.

Just my two cents. After long periods of thought I have my own conclusion of the new attraction. I do in fact, after this long debate, believe that this is a B&M invert, themed to Banshee. Now this will go through some sort of camp possibly or a new area where a camp is the theme. Now if it were to be in a camp setting, here is my hypothesis. You will begin in a cabin themed station, where you will begin the ascent up to the peak, 308' in the air, to where you will do a curved dive for the ground, after you will begin to go around, and through cabins. As well there will probably be some sort of corkscrew inversion, possibly a loop at the other hand as well. This is just an early hypothesis though, my final statements will probably be one or so days before the announcement of what the attraction and the name will be. In this light I hope we can come closer to an over all consensus on the matter at hand, while not being called to an off hand topic that has little to no meaning to an official idea on what the new attraction could be and the name of it can be. As well in light of my previous posts of donkeys, I was actually thinking of them and looking at many when I could. I do like donkeys and I would like to see a donkey themed coaster in my lifetime.

One thing that I wish could actually come about to modern day Coney Mall at Kings Island would be the old popsicle trees that looked just fantastic. Personally the modern Coney Mall at KI doesn't look like it should be this way, it needs to actually look like old coney, not just the new mark up. On another note, does anyone know what kind of trees they were?

Please, stop with the donkeys. This is (thankfully) not Theme Park Review. They aren't funny there, either. It isn't a joke, it is just the facts. I did not get this from "Theme Park Review" or any other person, I just think it is a donkey themed coaster. I mean look at CP they have a horse themed coaster, why not have a donkey themed coaster at KI? BB1 who is just wanting a donkey themed coaster.

Carry on, do please, I will just sit here looking at ye olde celtic things, possibly a B&M base frame here and there, possibly a few inverted floorless coasters as well. I like the colors of the dead, I really do. Infact I do like this black, it looks nice, although I will keep to my donkeys. "Yeeh Haw, Yeeh Haw"
