Really, one ride that has yet to be said, the trams, I considered it the ride to all rides, but sadly people failed to recognize who it was, a ride.

Which radio station(s) do you listen to? I personally listen to 93.3(Christian, Cincy), 94.9(Now, 80s, Cincy), 98.5 (rock, etc, Cincy), and 99.5(everything, Cincy), occasionally WFLA (For the morning gardening show, Florida) on IHeart Radio.

Cedar Fair Sells San Diego Water Park to SeaWorld

I'm glad Boomerang Bay is gone.It was old, crusty & needed refreshing. I think we can say that about many waterparks. -
Cedar Fair Sells San Diego Water Park to SeaWorld
BB1 replied to Browntggrr's topic in Other Amusement Parks & Industry News
Great move on Cedar Fair's part, another Soak City bites the dust, its ironic how BB leaves a year before a SC leaves in San Diego. -
I have yet to see my favorite dinosaur, an Iguanadon, so that is my standard for CF, to insert an Iguanadon to the "Dinosaurs Alive!" or as I call it "The Land of Robots".

do you think kings island should use timberwolf stage for a show?
BB1 replied to kicsehlhorst's topic in KI Polls
A simple "No!" is needed for this topic. Because, its a place for concerts, not musicals -
When people ask me for directions at Soak City, I may use Boomerang Bay names.

Or maybe just a few signs, with a few more elephant ears, maybe someone who was from the Coney Island era roaming around being a dinosaur, saying "Rawr, I'm a dinosaur". (pun intended) The more that I think of it, the last time I have heard these jokes, I fell off my dinosaur.

Please see T-Rex Cafe, Disney World for more information on the subject.

I believe this would probably occur, Any kind of season pass holder will only get 10% to 0% off the price, which is only $5 less than the price for regular admission. Publication of this event would have to spread to every point of the Tri-State area. Some sort of "key" attraction would have to be added to increase the attending persons of the event, such as a "Santa" themed movie, and or a publication of a Peanuts Christmas special in the "FX Theater" Major purchases of lights and Christmas decor must occur, if the Kings Island does not still have any Christmas decorations. The Kings Island property will have rivalry from the Bontanical Gardens & Zoo, Creation Museum, and the Union Terminal. My main consensus on the whole idea. The attendees of the event will probably go for a night, or may possibly go for a few nights, which will make profits, if any, small for Cedar Fair. Some of which will probably be some sort of Kings Island enthusiast, most being from KIC. I want for this to return, I would go as many times as I and my wallet can, but in the business section, it is a variable. With the cold, x being people, x will be smaller than x attendance in the warmer months of the year. With all being taken into consideration, the possibility of a possible Winterfest lies in the eyes of the beholder, many negatives come to the profits, with many positives to the profits. Should it return for a test run in 2013? I would hope, but I would think that the possibilities will be slim. On another note, a plan for a "KIC WinterFest meet up" (If there is one) Where to meet first? The E-Tower When? Opening What? Walk about the park, ride the operational rides Official Name? KIC's 20__ WinterFest Special! Who? BB1

I have went to Kings Island for mostly all of the year, I have made probably 40+ visitations to the park.
-
It's not crazy, even I do all of my Christmas shopping in July, candles for everyone on my list...
-
May this be the return of our woodies? I like this coaster, only to hope that CF will place a new SOB II (no problems, and NO(wooden)) than a steel coaster at KI.
-
I have heard so many people bring up "KIC" or any KIC member at Kings Island, is anyone else hearing this too? One person said "I use KIC for all of my Kings Island news" and I said in a quick aside "Check the website".

Alright, let's ignore the long hike statement for a moment. Even if the train was used as transport, it'd lead to a large concrete area with zero functioning attractions and very little opportunity to theme or do anything. It'd be better off to just utilize a pre-existing area in the main park, such as parts of Planet Snoopy. Poo jokes? And you were the one who got annoyed when I called you a fanboy before? No....pool joke, I wasnt annoyed, just a clarification, of not being a "Fanboy", "Fan" or "boy".

Agreed. Also, whats the point of keeping 'ol Patrick? Does Cedar Fair have to return all the old Nick props back to Nickelodeon or does he have future potential? The same reason why people collect junk, they are hoarders. Meanwhile, one can find many past things in the "field", like a few BB things.

Because Emporium is built to sell merchandise, not food. It'd be a large undertaking to convert it into a functioning candy shop, one with all the required cookware (sinks, fridges, etc.). The Fudge and Candy Shop already has this stuff and is fully capable of making more than just fudge. Last I checked, they serve caramel apples, chocolate-covered sweets, and more. All overpriced, but still not just fudge. Then they'd have a long hike to the real park... no matter how you try to defend it, using Soak City is a bad idea. 1. I some how forgot about the names of the I-street locations, I meant the "International Street Candy Store 2. Howl a pooloza (There is a reason to the Pooloza wording)

I dont like Drop Towers, infact I dont like Drop Towers at all...

Why convert one store into a candy shop when there is already a candy store functioning perfectly across the street? Many rides are inoperable below a certain temperature, especially roller coasters. And who in their right mind would want to ride Race For Your Life, Charlie Brown in the winter? Even with the train as transport, the water park is a hike from the rest of the park. Add the freezing temperatures, and there is absolutely nothing appealing about walking all the way there. So a major disappointment and a waste of time? Beyond these complaints, the use of the whole park in unrealistic... miscellaneous minor construction projects are underway, many rides need rebuilt, and staffing enough employees is unrealistic. Besides, it's highly unlikely you could harness enough guests to make an event even a fraction of this size profitable. A- Why not? the other side is mainly for fudge. B- I was thinking of the flats, and mini coasters, I did infact forget the log flume C- What if one were to be parked there? D- I meant a few years before when it had certain themes, personally it wasnt that bad This is just a question, pessimistic or optimistic? Note: These are just ideas, not what the park should do.

Well, being a "X-Disney Disciple" he probably loves the little things hinted that many just look over. See Expedition Everist, brake section I, right side.

....Or possibly go to the Airbrush T-shirt booth, get airbrushed "KIC MEMBER (Insert your name here) (Insert photo here)", which I'll probably get a BB1 or Boomerang Bay logo t-shirt sometime this next 2013 year. Or a name tag that says Hi My Name Is BB1 Although mine would have G'day! my name is BB1 Welcome to the Bay! -
Next year in 2013, I will be making the journey to Carowinds. So, from your experiences, what are the do's at Carowinds/Boomerang Bay? Thanks in advance!

It looks like you all had fun! I had a kick out of TheCrypt in his momentous part. -
I wonder, what is the ultimate KIC 2012 ride counts? If someone counts them, please make a topic.
