Got several Banshee rides in today and I like the front row best. We had a grown man (probably in his 50's) climb over the queues to ditch us while we walked responsibly in line. My buddy and the rest of us just walked right past him when we caught up, I told him how classy he was and he was smart enough to not respond and look the other way. He's probably the one selling the t-shirts on eBay, some people's children...sigh

The idiots who took extra shirts and then to sell them on eBay define the word loser. Somebody in line lost a shirt to some selfish jerks. The fact that somebody bought these shirts from this loser is sad.. just promoting this idiot to make another future selfish act.

Jr still laughing.... Anyways, The Beast at night in the front row is hands down the greatest ride experience I have ever had on any roller coaster.

I think most accounts I've heard (including my own experience) can attest that the employees are aware of the Gold Pass Discounts or Meal Deal. Did you run into a particular issue? If so, PM me and I'll send the information to the proper person in the park for you to make sure it doesn't happen again. Sorry, I was referring to the initial Fun Perks mess when talking about cashiers not knowing much about it. I'm learning more about the Season Long dining plan now and I will have to do some math to see if it will work well for us. My wife loves the idea, but I bring teenagers when I don't bring my immediate family and my daughters eat like birds being so young, not sure if it's best for us at this time, I'll probably just let the wife make this call, not like I have much choice anyways.

I'm actually eating Canes now watching the Reds! They can thank the girl in front of me eating Chicken Shack fingers in line for Banshee last night for my purchase!

I will dine outside the park until all this season dining mumbo jumbo is resolved, reminding me of the Fun Perks initial mess. Cashiers staring at me with a blank look on their face as I explain how it works. Sigh... I need some sleep.

Would there be a legal issue with showing the Reds? Licensing or something? Ummm, No.

I was very impressed considering it's brand new, and hope they take it to another level so were not seeing the same old same old all season. My impression is that's where their headed with it, constantly being updated with up to date news and weather, more trivia, and a great mix of music videos!

I was looking for some sports updates, such as the Reds score! I'm actually watching the replay now.

Noticed the patios on the south end of the Festhaus added this season, very nice. We also noticed the food lines were pretty long everywhere around 5pm except at the Chicken Shack, I found this odd and then I seen the price! Needless to say we went to DQ and had chicken platters and Blizzards and spent half the money! We planned on eating at the Reds Grille but after sitting 10 to 15 minutes without anyone introducing themselves or taking our drink order we walked out. I noticed they still want 7.99 for my 3 and 5 year old daughters to have their own meals so we wont be eating there when we bring the kids this season, they like having their own pick of food these days, growing up to fast. Funny note: Entering the park I asked the girls scanning my pass if my 3 year old could get in without her pass being processed on her first visit since hers is new since she turned 3. The girls told me any child under 48 inches gets in free and I didn't need to get her a pass, I tried to set them straight but I was apparently wrong ( Not). Needless to say I went straight to their supervisor and he set them straight. My nephew was laughing telling me how much money I would have saved the last few years if those two were always working, even he knew better than that.

Better make plans for another trip, Cedar Point is like Heaven on Earth..... Dang it, now I got 'that' song in my head. EDIT: My Banshee experience was amazing, loved it. Very lucky to have great conversation with people in line with us to make the time fly!

No seat belts are on Diamondback, case closed.

Weather reports and random news, such as Miley Cyrus is still in the hospital ( Don't know why I remembered that). Loved watching MJ's Thriller video and a classic Nirvana video, very entertaining was FUN TV during moments when my nephew wasn't chirping in my ear!

My nephew and I got in line for Banshee at 6:30 and we were sitting in the front row at 8:43. We then went to DB and the line looked so small compared to Banshee we decided to ride it, it was an hour wait. We noticed Banshee is twice the people eater! I think were going to just take the kids to the Columbus Zoo tomorrow, Kings Island was beyond packed and I would bet today will be beyond insane!

Make sure to update the wait in line estimates today (anybody), I'm going to make it there by tonight regardless, but would be nice to know the time of wait difference between Banshee and lets say DB. I check the forum from work when I have free time. Thanks

I'm so excited after reading so many positive posts about Banshee that I can't wait to get to the park tomorrow! I have a meeting in the morning, but might have to use the old... " I feel like I'm getting a sore throat in my knee cap, I really need to see a Bansh.... doctor! "

Reds HOF chilli cheese dog with fries instead of the chips. Can't remember the name of the dog but you need a fork.... Boom! The ribs are really good too. Probably eating at the chicken shack first visit though, and I've been craving a funnel cake with strawberries and some vanilla chocolate swirl ice cream.

I'm really happy they added DA to Gold- Platinum members for free. I did however spend a crap load more money in the park when we had Fun Perks, I thought they would at least give some sort of discount to us for Fastlane, even if it's just 10%, or a one time 50% off voucher? I don't know if it was just a test run and it will come back, but I know they got a lot more out of my wallet then ever before or now.

I think we get it, follow the rules. Still doesn't explain why KI hasn't had the video removed or if they even will, I mean there are illegal ride pov's all over Youtube.

Sometime before 9:45pm, to wait in line for Banshee. That's if all goes as planned, maybe in the afternoon depending on what I need done at work and when I can get myself out the door!

I was wondering why it hasn't been removed myself, keep offering your opinion. Just because a few posters want to move on doesn't mean you have to, you made a good point. If they wanted it removed, why isn't it?

I'm looking forward to eating at The Chicken Shack and the Reds Grille again this season. Hopefully the 8 dollar kids meals are no longer on the menu, that was a bit silly and was my first and last impression from the menu last season. We just shared our food with the kids, if the prices are more reasonable for children they can have their own meals this season!

The closer it gets the more I'm thinking of heading to the park just before closing time Friday night to get in line to be one of the last riders on opening day, can we get opening day Banshee night rider T-shirts? Haha
