Kings Island is not a sports arena. Never has, never will. In other words, I seriously doubt it.
-
To quote the crypt: "long lines does not necessarily equal the ride popularity. Fof is up there with Invertigo for capacity.Pardon me, but when did I say that?

I wish you said that earlier. I was always wondering why mine had such short lines! But alas, I [intentionally] broke my RCT3 disk and can no longer play it so I guess it doesn't matter. -
Think about it. How effective would electromagnets be if the power failed?
-
Magnets can be strong. Plain magnets are used on rides like Drop Tower to provide a fail-safe stopping mechanism. Other instances you will see magnets used are on Diamondback, The Beast, and Top Thrill Dragster.

Be sure to ride the Freedom Train, say hi to Pat for me, and if you go to the water park, ride Rhino Blaster for me (but not before you go on Pilgram's Plunge.) Wait a minute.. -
Um, it was at six flags great america in 2006. Nice try crypt. After a quick Internet search, I have to admit you were right. Sorry about that.Don't get used to it.

It's fun next to none. Come see how it's done. No one can even come close. Kings Island: the fun and only! No one can do what we do. The only thing missing is you. This place has got it all. Kings Island: the fun and only! I miss that commercial.

The park didn't get Diamondback for 17 years because it was not what the park needed. Over expansion would have killed it early on. Take a visit to Six Flags World of Adventure and Hard Rock Park for proof.

There is no ride called Deja Vu at neither Six Flags Great America nor California's Great America. Perhaps you mean the ride similar to Wicked Twister located at SFGAm.

Sounds exciting. If that video's correct, it looks like it will be in Timbuktu. My only question is how they are to make room for it. -
The thing with Vortex is you have to keep your head slightly out from the restraint so your ears don't hit the restraint. Almost feels like a brand new ride.

I would actually like to hear AZ's response. Sounds interesting.

You make a very good point. Stupidity is just one of my pet peeves.Oh no. I'm cross threadin' again!
-
Even then, long lines do not make Backlot Stunt Coaster, Woodstock Whirlybirds, Invertigo, and Firehawk the most popular attractions in the park.
-
LINES DO NOT REFLECT POPULARITY.
-
I have and I stand by my philosophy. Apparently other parks do too, because there are only two in existence.

How many B&M coasters have you actually been on, Big Sexy?
-
And this is a bad thing? The reason you don't see issues from Beemers that you see from Intamins is because B&M sticks with tried-and-true methods that still deliver. You don't need a 400 foot tall, 120 mph launching coaster to draw crowds.

Great trip report! Glad you had fun with your sister and hope your trip to Universal Studios will be just as fun.

Plain and simple. What is your least favorite operating ride (not just at Kings Island) and why? Personally, my least favorite is Delirium because of it's short ride cycle plus it gets old quickly. When I last rode it a few days ago, it wasn't as fun as I remembered. The gimmick is lost for me. Maybe if I wait a season or two, the thrill will return to me but I doubt it.

Being that I came home from jazz camp (don't laugh) an hour ago, I've looked up a ton of Buddy Rich, Bird, and Sonny Rolland. Edit: Thought this was the what songs you're listening to thread. :/
