  1. Very amazing, Totally worth going to and probably the best haunt element...nice running into you btw
  2. Sure, there are some Pulled a terp,oh yeah
  3. It's very tall Not the answer you were looking for?
  4. Webcams dont work on .mil networks...someone post pics please!!
  5. No, it was down mechanical and weather combined... Mechanical for air leaks, stuck brakes, ghost trains, bad prox, not positioned correctly at launch, restraint problems, rollbacks, ect. None of that includes weather downtime. Millie isn't as bad...only downtime mechanical was prox issues and then the lift motor did blow and they were down for a bit and had to diesel the lift to get the next train through the course Arrow downtime...really nonexistent...only had a stuck brake, ghost train, lift blown, and chain on one ride...Nothing else failed...I like Arrows...they follow KISS...nothing too crazy
  6. Wait me, or faerie...I was responding to Madmaverick..I don't quote stuff when its like right above lol
  7. I don't exagerate downtime...they do go down quite a bit...my year Dragster had more downtime than uptime for the first two months easily, July wasn't too bad, but Oct. wasn't dragster's month at all.. The only two rides with as much downtime for us was Maggie's lift motor blew twice, and Iron Dragon's chain lift on first hill broke...Next to that, maybe Gemini for weather..
  8. ^ I just imagine the sound of Morgan Freeman, screaming up on stage... Then the microphone turns to solid gold
  9. DB pulls more G forces than MF...just saying, I prefer MF, but that's just because I enjoy the speed and height of that ride...
  10. ^Yup, unfortunately... Then X2 just dropped them in the coffin and nailed them in...
  11. Still say CP is still pretty thrilling...if you're not seeing that...wow Especially considering there are 3 B&M's in the park and 5 Arrow rides, and then other manufacturers as well... People need to get off of your horse from time to time
  12. Ah..block systems...how they scare so many people
  13. Ah...mistake...Cali Great America...never went to the park, probably never will...unless I get stationed out there...
  14. Obviously Cedar Point when referring to the rest of the chain in the following part of the sentence Good smartass comment though, was pretty good
  15. fffuuuu the acronyms...thinking Adventure...Tis also another six flags thing I hate...you can't really screw up CP, KI, Cali-Adventure, Knotts, ect...too many SF names...like SFOT, and SFFT. Ah well
  16. SFGAm...You should know what I meant, you're closer to that park and frequent it more than I do..plus that's where that whole policy originated...they look like total loons doing it, I mean look at this, common lol
  17. Oh it's not chain wide....it's at SFGA and I have noticed it on a few rides at SFFT...It's ridiculous..nor does it do anything really...
  18. One thing I will still forever hate about six flags, just because it causes slow dispatches, looks stupid, and just ridiculous... VISUAL SCAN
  19. Go work said intamin coasters..That's where I stand with them.. They are great coasters, and they work well, but they are also a pain. Fun rides don't get me wrong, but eh..
  20. Yeah bad idea...when working there, you would ride ejector row with ejector belt and lapbar... My hands were not up on that ride, and that seatbelt got tightened down after the second airtiem hill post turnaround
  21. They also don't want the station spammed because if they have a no go for the restraint, they try to get them in the red belt seats next ride cycle. Also, that ride with that high of a capacity, it doesn't matter crowded or not, it destroys the line. When it opened after a rain and had a 10 min wait lined up right at open, they destroyed it in 5 and were dispatching empty rows Sunday
  22. Especially considering all restraints are locked by the same mechanism, and each restraint has a redundant hydraulic, ratchet mechanism, with the seatbelt as a last form of protection and to make sure riders are within size limits of the restraint. So if her restraint failed, so did everyone else in that row, which again, highly doubtful...
  23. Check the actual website more often Honestly I never had the boxes checked so I couldn't tell you, however Tapatalk does a great job with notifications
  24. I'm guessing it's 40, same as DB, Gatekeeper, ect...probably looks steeper considering the track is below, the way the bend looks, ect...but I can't be too certain, but just a guess
  25. Seriously...I'd love to take me and a couple CP crew friends and work the ride for a day...show the kids how it's done Also early in the season I learned from the lady at entrance that they have a crew of about 40 people...makes no sense IMO...the crew needs 7 people at minimum to operate (entrance, turnstile, two loads, two unloads, one controls), ideal 9 (one more at load/unload), factor in breaks with full ideal (say three for breaks), that's 12, factor in shifts, (maybe 3 more), thats still 15...double it to allow for shifts, days off, swings, ect...still makes no sense
