Yes, but the land that is excavated way exceeds the size of fill for the three sites. Plus storage buildings require mat footings, so the amount of soil excavated would be minimal in this situation.

It's a complicated situation. The park is generating it's own power, but I believe some power is used from the Mason utility lines. The park is not losing power, rather, all the events are happening outside the park property.
