I was forced into a wheel chair a few years ago. Walking from the parking lot to the rental was rough. I was not permanently disabled, so I did not have a placard to park in handicapped parking. By the time we walked to the rental place, I was exhausted and in far more pain than I expected. The scariest ride at Kings Island will forever be my daughter pushing me around in a wheel chair. We were in line for FoF behind a group of teens that had a lot of piercings. People looked at them weird, they were whispering about them. We started talking to them. They were really great guys and gals. I will say when I started talking to them, they looked at me weird. I guess "normal" people like me don't often start talking to then very often. Circle circle dot dot - I think it's a huge cootie shot. I am wondering if they are doing something to the Fountain area or the entrance area after you get into the park. With the camera being moved from the front area it really makes me wonder if it is a diversion. Can the other camera (news station I think) pick up what is going on there? I could be way off if course, but all the added attention to the area formerly known as the target makes me wonder about the main entrance/Fountain area. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I was talking to my a few of neighbors the other day. I mentioned we were excited about KI opening soon. They asked when we were planning on going. I told them media day, opening day and other days. Of course they looked at us (Katie was there) weird. Katie said we will go several times. One neighbor asks, 3-4 times? Katie responded "no like 15-20 at least." Ha! She told them about Banshee and how excited we are. The same neighbor asked if we get bored. Katie said never, we love the park. We've met so many people there we always have fun even on cold or rainy days. With that being said I am so excited about an added attraction announcement. I think this year maybe the one of the most fun (at least most anticipated) years at KI for both Katie and I. Today will drag. It's nothing shy of wonderful being able to do things with a teenager and having her not dread hanging out with her mom. I am hoping to be available at 4:00 for the announcement, but I am at work. I know a few have my cell # can someone text me the news when it's announced?! I am thinking the announcement will be what's going on in the target. It could be the target area and shows. I really did not like Screech's character on the show. With the things he has said about the cast of SBTB, it would be disappointing to have that negativity when another SBTB actor is at another park. (Plus the other things he's done aside from the show, he seems like a creep. Can't imagine a parent wanting their child around him.) With that being said, with him being a less than favorable choice for Kings Island, perhaps he will go to KK. I would love a "Whose Line Is It Anyway" or comedy sports type show with audience participation. One of my favorite parts of the Ed Alonzo show was the children interacting in the show. I have seen David Copperfield twice. Mind you the type of show he performs is different than what Ed puts on. After seeing David Copperfield (I saw him I think in 2005 and 2006) you can pick up on how some of the tricks were done. It's plain and simple it's a trick, not real magic. It's like Jonathan said it's not designed for people to see repeatedly. I love watching magic, cheesy humor and all.

We had this happen when my daughter was younger and it was not a pleasant experience. She used to panic at anything remotely scary. She strongly prefers happier things to scary still (she wears rose colored glasses most days). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Maybe they plan on dropping leaflets from a hot-air balloon. That's still better than dropping live turkeys from a helicopter. "As God is my witness, I thought turkeys could fly!" -Gator, showing my age... I will join you with showing my age. That is my favorite episode of all time of any show I have ever seen.
