Good morning, all. My family and I will be there today, so I hope to get a few decent pics from the FoF queue area.
-
There is a Facebook post from Tony’s Welding and Fabrication, LLC on their work with the station steel placement. Based on the post, it sounds like their work is nearly done. Max may be leaving us soon. I encourage you all to look them up and view their photos, they are awesome.

Man, that's a muddy mess.
-
Everything is absolutely planned out. Zeus will go up when they plan for him to go up. Another brake run piece going up now.
-
So it appears they lofted the track piece up, and now they're doing something to the support that was previously installed. It's swaying back and forth, so it appears they're having to do some sort of adjustment with it. It appears they resolved whatever it was. Another support going up now. For those unsure of where the brake run begins, it'll start somewhere in the circle, based on the blueprints. Edit for 11:19 AM since the forum is so slow: Another track piece is being strapped up to be lifted onto the new support.

Another brake run piece about to go up.
-
Anyone else having connection issues with the cam right now?
-
-
It looks like they are lifting a piece of brake run track to install!
-
Yep, it'll be about as tall as the completed lift hill section.
-
-
I know there's a lot of glare, but it looks like they are putting up yet another brake run support this morning. That means there will be three of them waiting for track to be installed.
-
The piece that was loaded onto the trailer is probably the next to be "prepped" for the brake run. That must mean the piece currently on the ground is close to ready to install to the support.
-
Same way they do with cars. Lots of clear coat.
-
I agree with Zeus. God of the Sky. It'll tower over all of the others.
-
Oh, there's a trailer there? Totally didn't see it. Edit: Yep. It's moving.
-
So Cleo picked up the piece and set it back down - like 20 feet away. Huh.
-
-
That brake run support is being bolted down now. Maybe they'll get that piece up today?
-
And Clifford was a different type of crane. Far shorter and with less of a load capacity.
-
They are lifting a piece of track. Probably just moving it aside, but it appears to be brake run track, so who knows.
-
So we have three cranes on-site now, not including Zeus: Cleo, T-Bone and another white crane similar to Cleo that's by the lift hill. They are raising the first section of Zeus's boom! It also looks like they've put in supports for the station. You can see the backbone section in quite a bit of detail with the sun at this angle. You can see where the piece attached to the backbone with track separates from it.

Good morning, cam watchers. Hoping for an exciting day at the site.
