  1. It looks like they're about to load up another lift hill track piece on a trailer with the yellow crane. I'd bet both pieces are going up today.
  2. They're loading a piece of track up on a trailer on the left side of the cam. It's going up today! I'm going to guess that we'll get at least 2 pieces of lift hill track installed today.
  3. ^ Yep, I was wrong. It appears they have them in the correct configuration and are installing the "end cap" of the support that will attach to the underside of the track.
  4. I think those two supports go end-to-end to make one longer support. I don't think either of those supports laying there are long enough to go where we think they should (first set of supports for the lift hill)
  5. It's strange that they're just plopping that piece of track down right there. That semi is seriously reversing out of there instead of turning around. LOL
  6. It looks like the white crane is getting in position to install the lift hill supports either today or tomorrow. They're moving the supports now (probably to align them to connect them together)
  7. Oh yeah, absolutely. That ravine is a good 20-30 feet deeper than the surrounding terrain, and the drop goes right down into it.
  8. I'm guessing this is the crest of the lift hill, as I think all other track not associated with the lift hill or brake run is in the back field.
  9. Are you referring to this? It's a support, but it's laying on the ground and not installed. It's been laying there for a week or two.
  10. They are loading up supports on the flat bed trailer. We might get more up today for the lift!
  11. I got to thinking about it, and due to how close the brake run is to where the lift hill is, maybe they decided they needed that extra space for the cranes. Who knows.
  12. It's actually a large chunk of backbone with a small elbow-shaped piece of track attached that begins the lift hill. This is (very roughly) what the piece looks like that is being installed.
  13. I don't believe that piece is actually in place yet. According to the blueprint, that piece currently being installed should attach to the piece that was installed earlier this morning.
  14. I know this has been official and stuff for a while, but it's just now hitting me that WE ARE GETTING A GIGA. And they are starting the lift and I'm ecstatic right now.
  15. I have three, but I have the construction cam maximized at all times on the biggest of the 3. Here it goes! They have the backbone angled down to the footer! Yesssss
  16. So this piece being installed is mainly a large piece of backbone, with a very short section of track (the part that begins the incline up the lift hill) - this is exciting.
  17. So technically the lift hill construction has begun, if you consider that the piece just installed is L1 (Lift-1). I'd say the rest of it will be installed over the next few weeks..
  18. It's raining in Mason. First rain in darn near a month? Ugh. It's welcome, but I hate that it'll slow down work this morning.
  19. Now they’re extending the white crane after lowering the yellow. Maybe installing that track piece on the trailer?
  20. They just loaded a piece ONTO a trailer, I’m assuming to get it away from another piece. The piece it was next to looks like the start of the lift hill.
  21. This is a look at the start of the lift hill. Possibly the piece that "lays" over the backbone footer? Is that the darn chain lift motor?
  22. I guess that piece attaches directly to the backbone footer?
  23. I believe you're right, but I don't even see a support installed for it yet.
  24. Is that lift hill track about to be installed?!
