More to come. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Definitely possible. I wonder how WCPO obtained this then. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I doubt they’d want to spend money on court costs and attorneys over construction documents. I guess we won’t know until we try though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It’s also the law. Section 5. Failure to respond to a public records request The City of Mason recognizes the legal and non-legal consequences of failure to properly respond to a public records request. In addition to the distrust in government that failure to comply may cause, the City of Mason’s failure to comply with a request may result in a court ordering the City of Mason to comply with the law and to pay the requester attorney’s fees and damages. That’s actually exactly what it means. See section 2.2 of This document. It states that “The requester does not have to put a records request in writing, and does not have to provide his or her identity or the intended use of the requested public record. It is the City of Mason’s general policy that this information is not to be required” Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

There are permits. See here: https://www.wcpo.com/news/local-news/warren-county/mason-community/kings-island-new-ride-is-a-new-wooden-roller-coaster-coming-to-kings-island Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

If anyone’s really curious, go down to Mason City Hall and ask for any permits they may have. Construction permits are filed through the city and that’s how news outlets have obtained blueprints in the past. Edit: Here’s an example: https://www.wcpo.com/news/local-news/warren-county/mason-community/kings-island-new-ride-is-a-new-wooden-roller-coaster-coming-to-kings-island Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Then RMC would no doubt be on the Notice of Commencement. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Can someone help see if I can fit on any other rides?
Bansheeback replied to pkifreak23's topic in Kings Island
Mystic is a bit more accommodating and has a similar requirement to Diamondback, but it could go either way. -

Vortex and Bat are pretty accommodating for almost everybody. When you tried the Banshee test seat, did you try securing the red or black seatbelt? The red seatbelt is longer and is only on rows 4 and 5, which you may be able to ride on. Beast and Racer are a little bit harder to squeeze into, but Flight of Fear tends to be hit or miss. -
My thoughts exactly. Plus $25M for haunt...

Here is something of interest I found digging through the Warren County auditor's website. This is a memo listed under Kings Island's property profile. No date noted, but it seems to be fairly recent, take a look:

See “Decoding 2020” in under the Kings Island sub forum. It’s there for exactly this purpose. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Mystic didn’t have posters on opening day... those showed up later. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Even if there aren’t teasers on opening day/preview night, they may pop up later in the season. If we don’t see teasers right away, it doesn’t mean 2020 is out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Are you kidding? All you can see in the picture is the land where Firehawk used to sit... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

He’s an obvious troll. Just don’t acknowledge him anymore. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

That’s why he said it’d be between 90%-99% likelihood. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

And that’s why they’re listed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It wasn’t. Diamondback is also listed on their site. I don’t think that CSF does their painting independently. Baynum may just paint track at CSF. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Purchasing new seat covers for Diamondback in no way requires a notice of commencement. The purpose of that form was to inform the county of the construction projects that would be taking place. Putting new seat covers on the trains isn't a construction project. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What is odd is that the B&M inverts built before Raptor don’t have quite the roar that raptor does. I don’t think they would fill every invert but raptor with sand. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

All of the newer B&Ms don’t roar anymore, so is it possible that they’ve filled all of them with sand? Or have they perfected the track design to the point where it’s no longer necessary? Either way, I do miss that roar!
