Correct, to quote Ohio Revised Code Chapter 1711.551, “[Rider must] Refrain from behaving or acting in any manner that may cause injury or contribute to injuring himself or other people while occupying an amusement ride” and also “Heed all written warnings and directions that require a person to meet certain conditions or to refrain from certain actions regarding an amusement ride, as determined by rule by the director of agriculture”. So technically bringing your phone out on a ride is breaking two laws as well as breaking park rules. You could get kicked out of the park or worse, prosecuted for the crime you committed. Yep! Every ride you have, make sure to scan your fun pix card at the self serve kiosk, this will make sure that you can get the video, as the photo associates can’t pull it up themselves. Glad to hear there are other KIC members operating rides too! One more question, I promise! Does my assignment to Bat and Drop Tower mean that will be my permanent assignment all year? Or could I be moved to other rides as a team member, if they became understaffed? I am very excited and eager to get started, operating rides has been something I wanted to do for a long time!

Just got an interview for merchandise! A few questions: How much does merch pay? What should I expect in my interview? My interview is April 1, should I be working by opening day? Is merchandise a good department to start with? I'm only 15.
