Well, three different possibilities, if it were cold out or raining, then the Paramount Theatre would be cool, if it were during the summer, then I would either choose the International Bandstand or International Showplace.

My finace and I talked about it (although she said no), but we said that if it did happen we'd have it in front of the fountains right as you enter the park. That way both the fountains and the tower would be in view in the background.
