timw725
Just what to know if anyone will be going this summer? I will be heading there the first week in June. I will be sure to take lots of pictures and lots of Fahrenheit.
hausty1983
I may stop there on the way back from my NYC&Niagara Falls trip. I want to get a chance for a shot to ride Fahrenheit. I have no clue if they are open weekly though it would be the week of May 19th-23 so I doubt it though my luck shoot .
Touchdown
I wish, because it truely is a great park. The year I was in DC I passed up a SP at SFA and KD to get one to HP (and had BGE pass) 2.5 hours away. However I cant afford anything more then day trips. Oh well, if I am only limited to two parks, at least those two are CP and KI.

italianchef
No, I have never been to Hershey Park. But I've seen it on The Travel Channel and it looks awesome. I hope to visit Hershey Park with my son someday.
House
Hershey Park is kind of Meh. I went last year, I'll be enjoying my first ever visit to Busch Gardens Africa instead.
Vortex
Don't forget to ride Storm Runner at Hershey Park. Its a nice park but if it starts raining the coasters will close down. I did not get to ride Wild Cat or Lighting Racers do to the weather.
tigellinus
Yeah, I'll be going beg. of July and end of Aug....be sure to post a TR as I might have some questions about riding Fahrenheit so I can "get away" with riding it semi un-safely, but to provide ultimate thrills!! Btw, since you're already at Niagra, what about going up to CW for Behemoth?!?

italianchef
Wouldn't it be ironic if there was a McDonald's Park? There could be rides like, "The Cholesterol Coaster", "The Shake", and Filet'O'Fish Water Park".

Kinda neat when you can see 3 rides from the front counter at that Mcdonalds.
The Interpreter
Once upon a time there was a McDonalds at Six Flags Great Adventure.... But the first McDonald's in an amusement park was at Arnold's Park, in Iowa...
Browntggrr
Hershey is truely one of the best parks out there. And it's not just the rides that make a special park, the atmosphere is outstanding. It is one of only a couple parks (Kennywood & BGE) that made me feel like I did at KI back in the early to mid 80's. The midway near SDL and GB has that "old style" park feel to it, along with the smells. It there anything better than the combined smells of candy apples, cotton candy, and popcorn? The atmosphere actually made me stop on the midway and just look around with a smile on my face. It's just that Hershey is off the beaten path, so people will bypass it. If anyone has the opportunity of going, do it. You will not walk away disapponted.
normal
Not to mention the sweet smell of chocolate in the air on warm summers nights.I pratically lived in that park when i was younger.Used to spend summers at my granma and granpas in hershey. They worked for Milton Hershey Schools.
