International Street will come alive with Hanna-Barbera characters, the Kings Island Clown Band, stilt walkers, jugglers, mimes, music and so much more. All eyes will head back to the 112ft level of the Eiffel Tower as Rick Wallenda attempts the first of two death-defying walks across a 5/8” cable nearly 900 feet long.

Very nice!!!! Except that I hate mimes....LOL!!!!!!!!!!!! But have they said who the pilots in the air show will be? I am a fan of air shows, as are others on here, and I was just curious who would be doing the flying that day, if they have said. If it's someone who has been around, there will be videos of their performances on the internet that could be an additional marketing tool for the park.

Well, I've seen the fireworks in every area of the park.

Each part of the park has it's vantage.

The only issue is if there is a tree that is blocking the view.

The only time I can say that it's best on International Street is when there are fireworks placed in and around the fountain and tower.

Kudos to the park for releasing the entertainment schedule ahead of time this time, unlike May 24th. Maybe this time I won't miss the Clown Band!

Since the highwire will still be in place during the fireworks, does anyone have any suggestions where the best view might be?

One of my favorite spots to watch the fireworks is the area between the tower and BLSC. The only disadvantage of that spot is on a typical day this year you're not able to hear the music. In past years they have put speakers in this area for the July 4th fireworks though. We plan to walk through this area earlier in the day, and if the speakers are there, that's where we'll be. If not, we may watch from Coney or Rivertown, as these areas are typically less crowded areas to see the fireworks, and the views are not bad depending on where you are. I never quite understood why everyone crowds onto IS to see them, the tower and trees are in the way in too many spots there for my liking.

My family has a pretty good strategy, we always park right by the exit out of the parking lot, then we can either watch the fireworks from inside the park then only have to wait about 15 minutes from the time we get to the car to the time we finally get on Kings Island Dr or in the past we have sat around in the parking lot and watched the fireworks there and right after the grand finale is done we get in the car and leave right then. The parking lot gives a pretty good view of the whole fireworks show but you cant hear the music very well that is the only down side to it
