Hmmm...they renovated the Royal Fountain in 2003.  And again in 2019.  So maybe  in 2035, they will renovate again and return the pedestals!

Sorry/not sorry.  I love the "new" International Street, but miss the "Old" Royal Fountain.  But I like the "new" Royal Fountain too

I don't think we will ever see the pedestals in the Royal Fountain again. Luckily we can visit the old ones in the Orion queue.

I really miss the old fountains! Before last year, I was saying to myself that they needed to be renovated. Now I’m regretting saying that. The old fountains just felt so much more magical to me. Fountain ERT will just never be the same again[emoji22].

l must be one of the few that like the new fountains. The only thing I wish they did was shoot the new fountains up higher. I get it, corporations want newer products and Cedar Fair did just that with the fountains. Now If they could shoot them up just as high as the old fountains, then I would feel like the pedestals are still there.
