Favorite Ride of All-Time

Featured Replies

my favorite PKI ride would have to be face/off. even though its a short ride, it still thrills the heck out of me and gives me that rush feeling everytime. as for my favorite ride of all time, i would have to say mf at cp.

The Flying Dutchman and The Enchanted Voyage (w/ The Smurfs)

i know a trick to getting a better rush on drop zone. this may sound weird but it works. when your at the top and about to fall look up, and when you fall continue to look up, that will give you a whole new feeling and you will feel weird when you get off. :D

Flight of Fear :D

Drop Zone. That ride is my baby. Cletus may think otherwise but Rachel(she gave birth to it) officially handed Drop Zone over to me one night in 2001. I plan on taking good care of it. :D

WOOD - SOB and Racer,STEEL - Face/Off and a tie between King Cobra and Chang(SFKK),FLAT RIDE - Drop Zone and Chaos(SFKK)!

Wood- there is a very close tie between Beast and Son of Beast, their both great wooden roller coasters! Steel- Face/Off and Flight of Fear are both great steel rollerocasters!

The Beast AND Flight of Fear win first prize as my favorite rides at PKI. Adventure Express and the former PT are second place winners.

For me, the best ride would have to be the Flying Eagles. Simple, classic and FUN. I spent 1 out of 3 days this season at PKI, and despite everyone I know in ACE praising this ride, I just didn't get it.

Towards the middle of August, I tried this ride a few times....and finally got my first snap. This ride is extremely addictive. I spent most of the fall days on this ride! It was also the last ride of the season for me, as I was unable to stay for the final Beast ride.

Beast and Racer are my favortie woodies. Son of Beast is somewhere about #4. Steel my favorite is Millenium Force (sorry guys :() and Flight of Fear.

I have been on a lot of good rides and have worked on some good ones including the famous Screechin' Eagle but I will say that Drop Zone is my favorite. From an operator standpoint, I love watching the guests when they get on and off the ride. The facial expressions and comments are funny.

Flight of Fear and The Beast are my favorites.

I did the Drop Zone once, I may go back someday to see if my stomach is still up there...but my kids do it over and over and over...

Best woodie: The Beast

Best steel:

Magnum XL200...(for the airtime)

Millennium Force...(for the speed)

Xcellerator...(for the WOW effect)

Best steel at PKI:

Flight of Fear...(love the fact that they got rid of the OTSR's)

Face Off...(didn't think I was going to like this one, I sure was wrong!)

Best thrill ride: Drop Zone

That is my opinion....for now!

My favorite rides at PKI are:

Flight of Fear, and

The Smurfs Enchated Voyage.

I really like Drop Zone, but the main problem is I have a fear of heights, and being stuck up there for 2.5 hours wasn't good for that.
