April 19, 200917 yr I got there at 7:45 to meet up with my friend. We waited about 15 minutes. It was kinda funny to look at the line as soon as KI officially opened to the public.
April 19, 200917 yr First ride: 25 Minutes Second ride: 10 Minutes Third Ride: 15 Minutes Fourth Ride: 15 Minutes Fifth Ride: 30 Minutes How did you get on that quick? Because even for the single riders line, don't you have to wait in the line that extrends back into Rivertown/NU? I mean, 10 minutes is rediculous! The first time I just waited from "The Snake Pit" and the whole queue was empty, the second and third time I waited from the restrooms in Nickelodeon Universe to the entrance sign and got in the single riders entrance. The fourth time the queue was only about 3/4 the way full and they were loading fast. The last time the whole queue was filled along with the temporary queue, we got in line about 5 minutes before the fireworks started so we were on the fourth to last train. When was the DB que not even filled up all the way? Every time I saw it, the regular queue was filled plus the line stretched out into the midway.
April 19, 200917 yr I waited when it wrapped around by The Crypt. The estimate was about 5 hours, but thanks to our big B&M people eater, I waited 2.5 hours.
April 19, 200917 yr Well waiting outside the front gate, then waiting for by the ERT season pass gate, was from 7:10am till 8:55am. Then waiting 45 mins in line and for the front seat, so that would make it around 2 hours 30 mins.
April 19, 200917 yr I voted for two hours because that is how the ride attendant said it was going to be, but I probably waited no longer than an hour and a half. The line was constantly moving too so it did't seem long.
April 30, 200917 yr On 4/25, first wait was like 15 minutes, second was 35-40 minutes... unless you want to count the 8+ months of anticipation, drooling, and sleepless nights.
May 6, 200917 yr 10 mins. I did the single rider line. This was when the wait was 45 mins for the main line.
May 30, 200917 yr I've ridden Diamondback 32 Times and the longest I've ever waited was about 45 Minutes. On Opening day I rode it 5 times, on May 2nd. I rode it 11 Times (7 During ERT), and all the rest during Ride Warriors and rode it about 17 or so times during Night ERT most of which didn't even have to leave the station. And I'll be going 3 More times next week so Hopefully I'll by pass 50.
June 20, 200917 yr i went on a week day back in may and the wait was only about 20 to 30 minutes. and went again in the early june and we rode it twice in a row. we only had to wait about 5 minutes. but it was also raining and it hurt like crazy but its fun!
June 20, 200917 yr Thanks to the gold pass ERT and getting there super early, I didn't have to wait at all! I walked on. One of the first trains of the season.
June 24, 200917 yr On opening day i got there about 6:15 and rode it about 10:30. Best experience of my life.
July 1, 200917 yr The first time i rode Diamondback, it wuz not opening day...unfortunately. But, it wuz a day later at a private event. I waited just over 10 minutes for my first ride, and my friends and I rode it 10 more times that day, each time waiting 10 minutes or less

July 1, 200917 yr Less than an hour, cause my sister and I were very near the front of the line, after all the auction riders had gotten off. I dragged her out of bed at 4AM despite Kings Island being less than a half hour from my front door just so we could be near the front of the pack, so to speak. Needless to say I was not a very popular person that day.
