August 26, 200916 yr Does anyone else think that WTRA might become part of Rivertown again? (don't answer "Yes.", Terpy) Yes. Diamondback FOF, who just HAD to because you told Terpy not to but didn't speak of anyone else.
August 26, 200916 yr Ban for what? I posted what I thought (well, maybe not what I think, but what I hope). I really do hope WTRA becomes part of Rivertown. I don't know how they would make it fit Snoopy.
August 26, 200916 yr I know you aren't supposed to do one word responses. I didn't have one word. I gave an explanation afterwards . I'm sorry, though.
August 26, 200916 yr Carowinds announced Planet Snoopy on their website front page, the tab below the new ride announcement. That's four down . . . . KI announcement soon?
August 26, 200916 yr Funny thing I watched Rugrats this morning at 6am and 6:30am on Nicktoons Network yeah kids under 10 wouldn't have a clue to who the Rugrats are my little niece loves them she likes Tommy and Angelica.I think if Cedar Fair wants to get rid of the Nickelodeon rights they need to do it right our kids area is BIG so a Peanuts Universe would be cool or a Peanuts Comic Zone ... I will be sad to see Rugrats:Runaway Reptar go...unless they keep the Nickeldeon rights.
August 27, 200916 yr ^ 7th Portal. I wish. From looking at the Simex Iwerks site, I'd like to see Smash Factory, some iteration of Dino Island, or Pokemon 3D in there. I would bet SB3D is through a agreement with Simex Iwerks and not Viacom.

I would bet SB3D is through a agreement with Simex Iwerks and not Viacom. FWIW, Cedar Fair installed Dino Island as a replacement for Mission: Bremuda Triangle and Lego Racers as a replacement for Pirates 4D when they bought Geauga Lake. Edit: Maybe the CP teasing is actually for something in another corner of the state... http://www.simex-iwerks.com/Default.asp?id...&mcat_cid=0

August 27, 200916 yr In response to some feeling that Peanuts are outdated and that today's kids won't accept them because they are old, I was recently watching Bugs Bunny cartoons with my 11 year old nephews and they laughed just as hard as they do watching Spongebob. Looney Tunes have been around much longer than Peanuts and Nickelodeon but today's kids enjoy them just as much as my generation and the depression/WWII generation of my parents. If the Peanuts' reception by kids at CP is any indication, I think KI will do just fine with Peanuts.
August 27, 200916 yr I wonder why they're re-theming with Snoop Dog.He's not exactly family friendly. But there'd be kiddie cars that look like Caddys.
August 27, 200916 yr Author I imagine that we will see one of these on the main page of KI's website soon. I wish we could keep Nickelodeon Universe it's one of a kind!
August 27, 200916 yr Well 4 out of the 5 former Paramount Parks have already announced that Planet Snoopy is coming to their parks next season. For some reason, I think that Nickelodeon Universe is staying at Kings Island. Call me crazy but I don't think that Kings Island would let their streak of "Best Kids Area in the World" go to the wayside. Just my two cents worth....
August 27, 200916 yr Yeah, its a little odd how Kings Island is the only Park Out of all the Ex-Paramount parks that hasn't announced anything about new rides and area's being re themed.... Maybe there going to put something REALLY BIG and better than anything they've ever had.................. Exciting or maybe Kings Island will be left alone and nothing will happen....... But I think something BIG is coming that will be better than What all the other parks have announced!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Get ready......................
August 27, 200916 yr Considering they have yet to announce their attraction lineup for this year's Haunt (everyone else has already), I'm not surprised to see them holding out on whatever they have in store for 2010. They may just decide to wait until after Labor Day to announce anything, if they even have anything to announce at all.
