which now has me wandering about the stunt grill/slaughterhouse.

You know if you really think about this, it makes you wonder. Do you really want to eat at Stunt Crew Grill after the horrendous smell and all the live animals that were once in there?

The burgers normally served there were once cows on the hooves...so what's the big deal? It's easy to sanitize a restaurant...

You never know how some people will react to that though, I for one never really eat there so it doesn't effect me. If the situation were presented to me where I could eat there then I most certainly would because I, like you, know that the best cleaning up job has been done.

im curious as to outer hanks. it housed a haunt attraction, & am unsure if they took it completley down or just left up the black walls & rethemed the outside facade. if you look at all others, they leave the majority (that is housed) still in place; while taking down the smaller items. example: urgent scare, massacre manor, the cemetary, tombstone terrortory; just to name a few.

Actually, very few mazes stay up in their entirety during the regular season. Urgent Scare, Club Blood, and CarnEVIL are the only ones that remain standing after Haunt ends. Every thing else is taken down, including Massacre Manor and Death Row, as they both are used for storage purposes (the latter actually houses Haunt props). I would be certain all of Slaughterhouse is taken down now and stored someplace else and a new set of tables and benches (ones that aren't set in stone) are placed on the Stunt Crew patio.

I forgot to point out that, when answering the question about the map, the answer was that they're finalizing some things, including some details about "an all-new night-time show." New Fireworks? Lights & fountains show? Starlight experience? Big-screen-on-the-midway-show I can't recall the name of like at Cedar Point??

My money's on the Starlight Experience. I've heard unconfirmed rumors of it coming to Kings Island ever since it was announced at Cedar Point.

Or, consider this: Lights throughout the forest, visible from onboard the train. Before / after Boomerang Bay is open, the train can just be a round-trip from the beautiful, twinkling forests of Kings Island, alive with music and more! To an extent, Christmastown at Busch Gardens Europe did this, by playing Christmas songs over the train speakers usually used for narration. It could easily be done on our train, and revive a somewhat... dwindling... piece of Kings Island history.

It's a shame that the train is mostly viewed as a means of transportation to Boomerang Bay - it used to be a standalone attraction, and a good one at that! Having a Starlight Experience in the woods would revive the train, and its very high occupancy would be a great way to display it in when, anywhere else, it might be an unwanted eyesore during the day.

I personally would want it there or in the Tower Gardens / former Paramount Story. Kings Island is different than Cedar Point, and I can't think of a good place for it to be now that Rivertown isn't as highly shaded as Frontier Trail at Cedar Point... Rivertown is still the most densely foliated, but there would be long strings of lights clearly visible strung up all throughout the day - at Cedar Point, they at least can blend into the tree and canopies during the day.

^ That does sound nice as well

I just feel walking through it, being able to stop and take in the sights where ever the lights are would be better

well adding it to the train would help revive it quite a bit. I feel as if im one of the few who ride the train for the train

Terpy, when March the 16th does arrive, what will you be counting down to then? Bearing in mind that the events of that day could drastically effect the future of all Cedar Fair parks...

This is a good place to note there may not be a resolution that day. If Cedar Fair does not have enough yes votes for its proposal, and there are less than 1/3 against, recent Delaware cases make clear the company can recess the meeting and attempt to round up more votes...
