I've tried searching for a topic like this but I've been unable to find one. If I overlooked it I'm sorry.

I've been curious as to what everyone's favorite Cedar Fair park is. I've decided to take King's Island and Cedar Point out of the poll. Since this is a King's Island forum King's Island would obviously come out on top. Cedar Point is also a cliched answer, so I decided to not include it.

Kings Dominion. It's wayy better than CP or KI, atleast to me. Carowinds is the only other one I've been too. I actually like it better than KI, but not CP.

I chose Cairowinds because I really want to ride The Intimidator.

How can one be expected to vote for one of these if they've only been to two, three, maybe four? It's impossible to tell by looking at PTRs and their ride lists, plus what one loves in one park they may hate in another (see above)

I've only been to Cedar Point, KI, Knott's and Kings Dominion. I would go KI, CP (but I can't use those), so KD, then Knott's.

Well I took the question more as "Out of all the CF parks you have been to, which did you like best?" I have only been to Carowinds, Cedar Point, Kings Dominion, and Kings Island. I'm probably going to Dorney Park later this summer though.

You know what, I've been to KD, KI, Carowinds. I still have to say KI is my favorite CF park. I don't k ow why it just always feels like my home.

I love KD! The atmosphere can't be described. I have heard this is how KI used to be. Love the trees and flowers.

I've been to all of the former Paramount Parks, but never to any of the legacy CF parks (except CP). For me, it's too close to call between Wonderland and Dominion. Both parks were great. Wonderful landscaping and good rides. So it's a null vote for me. I just can't decide between the two...

the only two Cedar Fair parks i've been to are Cedar Point and Kings Island.

but my favorite park besides them is a tie between the four disney world parks.

giga, Dorney is a beautiful park. I hope you enjoy it.

The only other CF parks I have been to other than KI and CP are KD (once 16 years ago ) and Dorney Park. ( Once 2 years ago. ) I remember KD being a really pretty park with nice theming, especially the old Virginia section. However it gets very hot and humid down there in August-I remember we spent a lot of time at the water park. Loved Dorney Park also especially the old flat rides like The Whip and Wild Mouse. The park is very hilly ( being in PA ) and it could get tiring walking around the park. The burgers at Dorney were out of this world and the food prices very reasonable.

Been to KD several times and I have never been overly impressed by it. I like CP, KI, and Dorney better. Never been to the other CF parks unless you count GL which had the worst food of any park I have been to.

It's a form of band wagoning in my mind. KD was, and still is in my mind a piece o' dung with a great coaster plopped in the middle(actually, more towards the right). I would like to define this as: Coasternaticbandowagonism if I may.

I wouldn't say that, but I certainly don't think it's as good as everyone says it is.

I agree...well, there's a bit more than one good coaster....

Let's see, there's Volcano: The Blast Coaster.

There's Grizzly.

There's Avalanche.

Some years, Rebel Yell is okay....

I think KD is nicer honestly. The landscaping is awesome with all the trees and plants... even the tower is surrounded by shade trees.

Been to CP (obviously), KI, Carowinds, Canadas Wonderland, Worlds of Fun, Valleyfair (long time ago..) and Knotts. um I pick CP due to sentimental value even if its not the same CP anymore.. and then Knotts.
