Phone Call from KI

Featured Replies

Well, I looked, couldn't find anything, but did anyone else get a phone call from, Brian, that told us someupdates about KI?

I did, and I for one thought it was a nice touch, it had music in the backround that I danced to, and listened to everything they told me.

Personally it was a nice thing to do, however on a aside note, 3 mail cards telling me they want me back for a Gold KI pass, with 10 dollars off, after buying and procsseing the pass in March, that kinda ticked me off, a little late don't they think

Well, point of the post is to ask, Thoughts on the new message?

Think about what it cost to send them cards to every pass holder that already has one. I would think they could find better things to do with that money.

I thought it was pretty bad when I got a card from them wanting me back, even though I already have a platinum pass from Knott's.. Once again the "genius" that is Cedar Fair's season pass system shows its face.

Nope, two people in my house have gold passes, and we didn't get anything. However, we did get three (three!) cards to renew, even though two of the three had been renewed.

My youngest daughter ran through the house saying "Kings Island IS CALLING! Kings Island IS CALLING!" I let her answer....she loved it.

i didnt get a phone call? lol so confused :P but then again i just got my first pass ever and got it Carowinds since KI refused to process any earlier....

I just went through the caller ID and sure enough, they called here too, but I was at work at the time. I don't know if my parents answered or not.

They called my cell phone this morning (I gave them that number when I got my pass), but I didn't hear it ring. The message did go to my voice mail, but got cut off due to the recording time limit (AT&T apparently limits voice mail messages to two minutes unless you have the "advanced" voice mail service). Still, it was nice to see the park taking time to tell us of upcoming events.

I got the call. Personally I was not thrilled. It came to my cell phone which costs me minutes. I think it ranks right up there with getting junk faxes or text messages.

My friend got a call from them during Spanish class and picked up. It was pretty funny..

*phones aren't allowed in school, yet he picked up anyways*

"Who the heck are you talking to?"

"Kings Island..."

"HOLY %#$@ LEMME TALK TO THEM!!!!"

I got the call yesterday. I was in a meeting at work so I let it go to voice mail. I was wondering who the heck was calling me from Mason until I listened to the message.
