faeriewench
I went back to the park mostly to catch up on the other shows before the post season Caught the first show of the day of Charlie Brown Hoedown. I actually thought it was kind of cute, specially asking the audience (kids) if they ever visited a real farm, I couldnt help but chuckle to myself I live on a actual farm Down Home Country don't seem like it changed much from last yr, but I like it anyways, lol. Signed Sealed and Delivered, I actually really liked! Much better than the Totally 80s show ._______. markr
Also thought Charlie Brown Hoedown was a cute show. Any doubters as to whether kids would "get" the peanuts characters should have been erased by the reaction of the kids at the show.
XGatorHead 8904
^Totally agree with you there. -Gator, KIC's #1 2009-2010 Off-Season Peanuts Defender And I also liked Signed Sealed Delivered much better than Flashback: Totally 80's! Purplehaze
Charlie Brown's Hoedown is a cute little show, My friend Lora is the stage manager and always does a good job keeping the show in order. From what I hear next year we are getting a new show that is suppose to be the best one yet in the park. This is what I hear and all I can say but I am excited about this. If it happens who knows but I am hoping.

Any doubters as to whether kids would "get" the peanuts characters should have been erased by the reaction of the kids at the show. I actually noticed that myself. Part of me is surprised, part of me isn't, lol! I'm just happy Spongebob is gone. I always liked the Peanuts gang since I was a kid, as well as HB and Berenstein Bears, and feel lucky I got to experience all 3 themes in a park environment XP All I need is to hear FLASHBEAGLE play in the park, and my life is complete. bwuahahahaha
markr
Actually I like Spongebob-don't forget he hasn't totally disappeared from KI. He reminds me a lot of the Looney Tunes characters that I grew up with.
The Interpreter
Sufferin' Succotash! How can you say that?
faeriewench
don't forget he hasn't totally disappeared from KI. Eh the 3D movie, I never counted since a lot of places have it, even outside the CF chain. Dollywood was playing what I thought was a better version
TylerRider
I think they had it at the zoo last year. But instead of moving chairs, they had a pickle scent and water affects.

CoastersRZ
Whenever I see the word "Hoedown" in regards to this thread, I immediately think of the song "Hoedown Throwdown" by Miley Cyrus. Why you might ask? Because that is the closing song in the Coney live show "Farmland." A show that I hear way too much of at Coney while working the Ferris Wheel. I`ve used this analogy before, but Kings Island`s lives shows are to Dollywood`s live shows as Coney`s live shows are to Kings Island`s live shows! Often times this year we`ve had guests ask us (in a serious tone) if the live shows at Coney were actually bad karaoke!

The Interpreter
Fun? Terpy, who just HAD to...and who likes the majority of shows in OTHER parks, where they are not typically synchronized karaoke...
