stky6
Looks like they are starting the "closing down for the season" hours Monday...where'd the summer go?
Thrill_Biscuit
It went into the blended fabric of memory, which as the years go by, will seem to fade into one, big, endless summer that you'll return to again and again.
Titan
My football started a week ago, so that usually means Summer is almost a thing of the past. Until next year.
MarketingExpress
But with each day that goes by, that brings us one day closer to the milestone we have been looking forward to for years...KI's 40th Anniversary!
coasterfanatic83
But now we look forward to Haunt and all of it's glory!
AZ Kinda Guy
Screw KI's season. Football season is right around the corner!

Tanna
But now we look forward to Haunt and all of it's glory! This! I shall be able to go the Haunt. I'd like to be able to have one slow park day, though. I like those late summer days when the park is not crowded at all.
TombRaiderFTW
The part that gets me is that the pre-off-season, the week and a half every September that KI closes to the public, is next month. When the heck did that happen?! It seems like the park just opened yesterday!
Titan
It feels like this summer has gone so fast, yet so slow. Heck, I'm starting school in two weeks.
standbyme
Speaking from experience...the older you get the faster the summers seem to go by. On the plus side I no longer count down the days until I have to go back to school...back in the day there was nothing more depressing than seeing that first back to school sale flyer. Yeah older age and working 70 hour weeks makes it blow by REAL quick Oh how I miss school!
MarketingExpress
Screw KI's season. Football season is right around the corner! College football is something to look forward to...not much to look forward to if you're a Bengals fan

Magm&MForce24/7
Nothing is worse for a Bears fan than being at a colts decorated steak 'n shake in Indianapolis after they beat the bears in the super bowl...
standbyme
^ I was heading to Florida to WDW on a plane out of Indy...it was a few days before the Colts were going to be in the Super Bowl. I swear, I think my family were about the only ones on that plane not going to the Super Bowl...everyone was wearing Colts' jerseys & hats...and when we got to Disney you couldn't shake a stick without hitting someone with a Colts' piece of clothing on. It was like night & day after they lost...instead of Colts' clothing it was Saints' stuff everywhere. On the plane ride back hardly anyone was sporting their Colts stuff...that is why I have never liked organized sports...it's too much about winning and not about the sport.
