^^ yeah I believe that is correct I've heard the same from many members of this forum. I always have said look at a overhead view of the park back by The Beast and all that wooded area is the parks. Not sure how the terrain is but that's all owned by Cedar Fair

Going from The Racers, back to the river is the boundry, the rest I do not know, but the terrian has so many inclines, some of that terrian is "unusable".

Maybe they will get a couple bags of sand and dump them along the banks of the Little Miami River.

That way they can market themselves “The Roller Coast.”

From what I read, they bought all the land they had on the advice from someone involved with the foundation of Disneyland. So that, they wouldn’t be boxed in as well as to provide a big enough buffer against development so as not to be a nuisance.

They had way more than they do now.  A prior owner sold a lot of it off.

A lot of the undeveloped land they still have left are steep ravines and protected stream corridors, so the actual acreage they have that they could develop on is even less.
