I always thought that the peanut characters should span out across the entire park so that kids can meet their favorite characters without having to go to kiddie land. I know they are on international street occasionally but they should let the characters move freely on some days, not every day.

Generally, when starting a topic, you want to pose a question that others can reply to and further a dialog. I don't know how to reply to your topic other than, "ok".

In the "good old days", characters roamed throughout the park. I think the reason the park wants to keep them all in one general area is because it's easier for people to find them that way (and of course because there is a larger concentration of kids in Planet Snoopy).
