Does anyone know how many g's could be pulled on this? I was originally thinking about 3.6-4.0 at the max, and I can't find it anywhere.

The vehicles for the first of three trains for the new Banshee roller coaster were delivered today. The longest inverted roller coaster in the world makes its highly-anticipated debut April 18. (From KIs Facebook)

Did they wait until all trains arrived before the started testing Diamondback?
If so, then I would assume a similar order of events.

I do not believe "the" tested Diamondback. In fact, I have no idea who "the" is.

razmataz, who just had to.

Do the inner collars adjust or are they solid? Looks like a tight fit at the shoulders to me. I haven't ridden Gatekeeper or any other B&M with this type of seat, so I don't have a clue.

I was worried about fitting at the waist, but now I'm concerned about having my shoulders crushed.

From what i remember, they said they will the same thing with Banshee's restraints as they did with Gatekeeper's later in the season. I dont think there will be any bruised collar bones on this media day!

Speaking of which, if the webcam got messed up due to weather or something, do the elevators work in the off-season, or does someone have to climb up all those stairs?

I imagine the latter, but figured I'd ask.

This is a personal gripe I guess, but I was not exactly happy with the GK restraints. I am a little above average size wise, and I thought that they were killer on your collar bone area. I am hoping they've made ample improvement with these.

When in the season did you ride Gatekeeper?

It was mid June. I've heard they've made improvements, but I'm curious how well they did.

the actually did a great job. The vest doesnt lock at all. Also, depending on where you sit, it actually enhances the ride experience a little bit especially in the front right on the wing over drop and the immleman. Hopefully Banshee will be some of the same.

I rode in Oct. And the new restraints are very comfortable. I marathoned Wild Eagle in April...and not only did it kill my collarbone I had costochodritis for a few months. Not cool.

I'm glad they didn't try to match up the colors of the cars with the track or supports, after a while one thing would fade differently than the other and it would look tacky.

I like the contrast of the train colors.

I think it looks good too. Itll look even better when they attatch the rest of the body to the cars, and not to mention when the other two different color trains arrive.
