Scream for A Kid Again on Banshee

This is also my first time doing a fundraising event! I have been blessed with donations and have raised $160. I hope that I can see who the families are that will be blessed with the money people have raised for this event!

This is a must watch story for anyone thinking about or planning to participate in the Scream for A Kid Again event: http://www.10tv.com/content/sections/video/index.html?video=/videos/2013/12/21/gab

On Twitter it was said that Kings Island is approaching 30k raised for Scream for a Kid Again, but on the event website it says 10k. What am I missing here?

It would be cool to see those show as well.

The corporate contributions are listed on our website on the event page.

Okay, thank you.

So how does it work for the corporate donations? Does each company get one seat or multiple? I'm just curious.

such a great cause! Cannot wait to see the grand total. Thank you KI for this awesome gesture!

There has been a lot going on over the last week. A pretty big jump in money raised just on the First Giving page.

Let's have a KIC team. I want to be well represented there. A Kid Again is very near and dear to me.

Less than 30 days to go for this event, great to see the support from KIC.

I need to step up my game with a few weeks left. $188 shy of my goal.

Despite enduring bone cancer, a child named Gabriel that you'll hear more about this summer, and his family enjoyed laughter, joy and healing times at Kings Island before losing his battle at age 6. Gabriel was A Kid Again at Kings Island. It was his favorite place on earth.

The fundraising that you do to participate or the donations that you make to someone raising funds for the "Scream for A Kid Again" event will enable literally HUNDREDS of local children like Gabriel and his family to enjoy fun-filled events throughout the year. Each time one of the children with life-threatening illness and their families attend an adventure like Kings Island, or perhaps the ZOO, a Reds of Cyclones game, they're giving illness a giant time out!

For those that participate in this event, you're going to remember this night for a long, long time and what it meant to Scream for A Kid Again.

If you are unsure about your day at one of these events, I can attest to attending the previous Coasting for Kids events at KI. Families have show up and tell their story during our lunch break, and make it all worth the time raising money and asking for donations! It is a worthwhile cause, the kids and parents appreciate it, and you make some of the best memories and friends with people who love coasters just like you! KI does a great job of accommodating all the participants. I would encourage anyone who is interested in joining this event to do so.

Been a great day fundraising today. Was curious if you are allowed to bring any non riders with you in to the event or the park?

Only those who have reached the fundraising minimum will be able to enter the park for this event.

That is good to know I had been wondering that myself as I am taking part but me wife isn't she had wanted to know if she could be there to watch. Thank you.

Thanks for the response. Will leave the wife and kido back at the hotel for the evening... Hahaha, just realized how bad that sounds after I typed it.
